Super 8 - Colorado Springs Airport

The hotel was clean, room was quiet and reasonable breakfast. Was only there one night.

Very clean hotel 10 minutes from the airport. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Comfortable bed with great pillows.

Clean & quiet.......oh!...ok....do better on b'fast....fruit, non-sugared cereal, hard boiled egg perhaps?

Don't book with this hotel! The room we had was disgusting. There was sticky stains on the carpet by the beds. The chair had stains on it. There was tiles in the bathroom that were loose and one was popping out of the floor. Had holes in our bedding and hair in the sheets. Fixtures in the bathroom were loose and the plug ins were all very loose and wouldn't hold a plug in. Would not move us to another room. We had booked for 4 nights through Orbitz but decided it wasn't safe or clean enough for the family. Booked with another hotel that was much better. However they would not issue a refund for the 3 nights we didn't stay there. Very shady business and management. Was told that the manager was going to contact me after we called Orbitz. Still waiting for that call! I wasn't expecting a Hilton but this was ridiculous. 0 star hotel. Look elsewhere for your hotel needs even if it costs more. This hotel is not worth the savings!

We stayed 4 nights. Price was good. The only thing that I feel would be nice for guests who smoke would be some type of outside seating. Everyone was standing around front door to smoke.

Nice hotel room, but staff weren't very nice and they ran out of extra pillows every time I asked for one. I would think you would have plenty of extra pillows since you are a motel. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear others. The ladies who cleaned the rooms, didn't come till 2-4pm so most of the time our room didn't get cleaned.

Simple small clean hotel. Nice simple clean room. Not to good on breakfest

The Contential breakfast area floor was flooded for 3 days straight and you couldn't walk in there without fear of falling. There was a unsupervised 16 month old child constantly running through the hotel lobby. (The mother just sat in a chair with no concern for the child's safety or if her child was in the way of hotel guests who were entering or leaving the hotel lobby; also the hotel staff did not address this issue to the mother.) A hotel staff member, Debra, who was behind the hotel counter checking guests in and out was constantly using the "F" word and other vile language well within earshot of hotel guests, myself included. There was no phone in my room. There was a constant shortage of washcloths, towels and bathmats; I checked in Wednesday, 05/03/2017 and checked out Monday, 05/08/2017 and had 2 washcloths, 3 towels and 2 bathmats for my entire stay. Saturday evening, 05/06/2017, I stopped at the front desk to request a washcloth and hand towel and the staff member, a young man named Chris, told me he had no washcloths but gave me a hand towel and bathmat. The bathmat was filthy black; it obviously hadn't been washed! The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because I was visiting family and they didn't have extra room for my son and I to stay. Also, I had already paid for the room in full prior to checking in. I would never recommend this disgusting place to anyone and believe I deserve a partial, if not full refund of what I paid to stay there!

I have stayed in other Super 8 hotels and have always had a good experience. Until now. The room we were initially given, although billed as a 'non smoking' room, smelled terribly of cigarette and possibly marijuana. My throat was sore and my eyes were watering in less than 30 minutes. I requested and received another room, but in this one the cable TV service was out. I reported this to the hotel staff, and continued to report it every morning and evening of our stay. My family checked in Wednesday afternoon, checked out Saturday morning, and it wasn't until Friday evening that we finally received cable TV service. As this is one of the amenities advertised by Super 8, I asked for an adjustment to my bill at the hotel (they had to bump it up to corporate) and again on the Super 8 website. To date I have not received any reply from Super 8. After this experience, I doubt I will ever convince my family to stay in a Super 8 hotel again.

Paper thin walls. The last day I was at the hotel there was a knock on the door when I answered there were two lady's in the hall, one with a clip board. One of the ladies said they needed to do a towel check. I have NEVER heard of this before. She pushed pasted me forcefully and proceeded to count the towel in the bathroom. That was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had at a hotel. I am in Colorado Springs quite often on business and will NEVER stay at that hotel again. It is close to the airport and very convenient to the Powers corridor. When you are in the hospitality business rude behavior is never acceptable.

One of the best hotel I've stand in. It's a comfortable little hotel.

it is close to the airport and easy to reach. it is comfortable and clean. personnel are helpfully..

room size was large ,bath room larger than some rooms a rented.

Hotel front desk like to argue with the customers, poor customer service.

Rooms are not the best. Staff were okay. Room felt dirty.

Very unfriendly staff & a horrible breakfast. Felt like I was crashing a party while checking in. The staff was huddled around the front desk & we're not excited to have us as guests....

I usually don't stay at Super 8's but I thought this one was nice and clean, and would definatly stay there again.

room was hot as hell, no more rooms available i was told, even the lobby was hot. Clerk could not do anything without a manager. no manager around.

Was ok just for a night stay.no airport shuttle, no hot tube even if its shows on amenities.

I will never stay with this franchise hotel again . They don't care guest. Waiting check in for 3 hours refer to computer down waiting for technician to repair . We paid hotel in advance . After check in 30 minute kick my family out at late night without refund.
