This hotel is very dated and run down not a place most tourists or vacationers would want to stay as we found out a good portion of the hotel was occupied by construction crews. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and accommodating so my rating only refers to the poor condition of this hotels, this hotel should be priced more in the $50.00 range.

Looks like this hotels they never shampoo the carpets, when you walked bare footed your feet turns black, it happens an two different places, last one in Colorado Springs, Orbitz please drop this advertisments. Thank you

Was really really bad hotel.... the condition of the room very bad... carpet Very Bad... so dirty!!! Not clean at all!!! Bathroom bad clean!!! Mirror dirty!!! Was so dirty everywhere!!! The desk dirty!!! Stick!!! Auful!!! I was in another hotel La Quinta in Houston, Texas!!! Was very good!!! And I was believed that all La Quinta are the same!!! But Not!!! This La Quinta Colorado Springs Was So Bad!!! So dirty!!!! Very Bad!!!

The grounds were old and dog feces were everywhere. I waited an hour to check in because no one was at the front desk.

only there late evening and left early AM, breakfast was OK

The hotel is old. The pool bottom cut our toes. The room could be cleaner. Housekeeping didn't change sheets for 4 days. They didn't even clean one day and then said the do not disturb sign was up. It wasn't.

Old hotel with very stinky rooms. Carpets are dirty, beds looked bad

Staff was very nice breakfast was good. Nice that it is dog friendly. Good location. Bathroom was dated they should updated,

Easy access to and from I25. Fast food restaurants galore in the area, so if you like to get it and go... Thosnis the place!

We have stayed here before without problems, but this time the room and the grounds needed some attention.

It was good over all. The breakfast wasn't as good as I expected.

The hotel is located near the main atractions, which make it easier to move around. Great location.

This hotel was clean and very close to the UCCS campus.

Everyone was very nice. Good hotel. We would stay there again.

Stayed here overnight. Room appeared clean, but had a funky odor when I first entered. Kept door open for approx 30 minutes to air room and it appeared to clear. Kept AC on to keep air moving. TV and wifi worked. Bathroom was ok, but small. Staff was friendly at desk. Location is ok for travel on way to destination. Not great for longer stay. Overall an ok overnight room.

Staff was friendly. I thought I had booked a room with 2 double beds. Found out they only have full beds in double rooms. A little too cosy.

Stayed here to attend UCCS Orientation. Very close to campus, restaurants, and shopping.

Wasn't thrilled to find out the layout of the hotel. Room was clean, right off 25. Would recommend to someone if they were looking for inexpensive stay for a night.

I never write reviews, rarely even open surveys. I HAD to review this hotel. It's very centrally located to The Garden of The Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak Highway, Olympic Training Center and TONS of other venues. The staff was amazing! We stayed 6 nights, so we needed a few things over the weeks. This is not the Ritz, but by far surpassed my expectations. From Maintenance, to Front Desk to Housekeeping - I was impressed with everyone!
