Old hotel with very stinky rooms. Carpets are dirty, beds looked bad

Staff was very nice breakfast was good. Nice that it is dog friendly. Good location. Bathroom was dated they should updated,

Easy access to and from I25. Fast food restaurants galore in the area, so if you like to get it and go... Thosnis the place!

We have stayed here before without problems, but this time the room and the grounds needed some attention.

It was good over all. The breakfast wasn't as good as I expected.

The hotel is located near the main atractions, which make it easier to move around. Great location.

This hotel was clean and very close to the UCCS campus.

Everyone was very nice. Good hotel. We would stay there again.

Stayed here overnight. Room appeared clean, but had a funky odor when I first entered. Kept door open for approx 30 minutes to air room and it appeared to clear. Kept AC on to keep air moving. TV and wifi worked. Bathroom was ok, but small. Staff was friendly at desk. Location is ok for travel on way to destination. Not great for longer stay. Overall an ok overnight room.

Staff was friendly. I thought I had booked a room with 2 double beds. Found out they only have full beds in double rooms. A little too cosy.

Stayed here to attend UCCS Orientation. Very close to campus, restaurants, and shopping.

Wasn't thrilled to find out the layout of the hotel. Room was clean, right off 25. Would recommend to someone if they were looking for inexpensive stay for a night.

I never write reviews, rarely even open surveys. I HAD to review this hotel. It's very centrally located to The Garden of The Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak Highway, Olympic Training Center and TONS of other venues. The staff was amazing! We stayed 6 nights, so we needed a few things over the weeks. This is not the Ritz, but by far surpassed my expectations. From Maintenance, to Front Desk to Housekeeping - I was impressed with everyone!

Average. I have stayed in better rooms for that price, plus, there was a $75 security deposit on each room, which was not disclosed to me upon reservation. Also, if you like carbs for breakfast that's all that was served! Beds were small for three people in each of our two rooms.

I was pleased when I walked into the lobby and the same when I entered my room. I got into one of the beds and when I put my feet underneath the blanket & sheets, I felt something underneath them. I pulled them out and there were a pair of worn women's socks. I called the front desk and informed them and they said the only thing they could do was switch me rooms. I stayed in the same room but I slept in the other bed. I felt uncomfortable all night wondering if they even bothered to wash or change the sheets.

Decent place, no issues. Short walk through the parking lot to Caspian Cafe which had a small bar and great food.

Both my wife and I have blonde/brownish hair. 2 nights in a row we found black hair in/on the bed. GROSS! Breakfast was subpar as was the front desk staff If you need a place to put your head down for the night and want to safe money - it'll do the trick, just we careful

Nothing fancy here but pleasant experience nonetheless. Staff was great, room was clean and price was right. Thanks again La Quinta!

Great, cleana be quiet hotel for while on the road.

We are truly sorry that your room had an odor concern, beds looked bad and the carpet was dirty. We are in the process of deep cleaning all rooms and professionally cleaning all the carpet in our building. We hope that we can see you again to show you we are trying our best to fix that issue. Thank you for taking the time and leaving us with feedback.
