The stay here was okay. Could have been a little better.

My experience at this hotel was okay. If they wasn't going though renovation right now.

The worst hotel I have seen in my life. It was so filthy dirty I refused to stay and got a cancellation notice from the front desk. If I were you I would remove this dump from your list of available hotels. It was not only bad it was pitiful.

Nasty place. This place should be shut down. Do you want a review or not???

AC did not work, so it was hot. Light over the sink did not work, so could not see. Bed sagged. Coffee pot did not work, nor did the hairdryer. Very noisy from other guests and road noise. Worst night ever! I should have insisted on a refund, but just wanted to leave asap.

Lobby is filthy. We checked in and entered the first room they assigned us to find that the bed was not made up. There was trash on the bathroom vanity. We were assigned a different room to find this was filthy. The carpet was matted & sticky. There were stains and drips of something down the walls everywhere. The toilet seat was loose and the tub was also filthy. The room door did not close tightly. We turned around & left. We were not about to stay in such filth. They would not refund our money. We should have paid attention to all of the other negative reviews.

Dirty. The whole place was filthy. Didn't even shower due to conditions. The curtains wouldn't close to give us privacy. I had to put a chair in front of the Windows to hold the curtain closed. The staff when checking in was not professional..but the lady when we checked out was very polite and professional. We were very disappointed.

it was perfect for the needs i had. only thing i would improve on is the carbohydrate overdose free continental breakfast. i don't mean go to great expence, just add a bit better sellections please.

Dirty Carpet, Black things on head Board for beds, Burns on bed clothes, Dirty curtians, Stuff on the wall in bath, ceiling tile falling down, internet did not work half the time. WORST HOTEL EVER

Well I will have to say this is just a horrible hotel all around

Know that you will not enjoy the dirty room, rude staff better choices everywhere. avoid any deposits or charges.....they keep your money even weeks ahead of trips

This hotel is dirty, staff is rude. Tried to cancel my reservation and book at another hotel (3 weeks before travel) Had to pay for the full four days. Avoid the packages, the flight, hotel and car. If any part is unsatisfactory you are left with the total bill .....in my case $180.00. This motel is a francise and doesnt refund money in package deals. Always use independent travel advisor sites before booking.... dont rely on site ratings.

Rooms have been recently remodeled with granite countertops, new carpet, new bedspreads, new paint and new TV. The visit was pleasant.

This was by far the worst Days Inn I have ever stayed at. The floor was so dirty I had to go buy slippers to walk around in so we didn't touch the carpet. There were stains on the floor, the walls, the ceiling.... There was mold in the shower. The bathroom didn't look like they had cleaned anything in a very long time. I understand that you get what you pay for, and this place was on the cheap side, but come on!!!

1st of all, I have stayed at many Days Inn and never had a problem.....until this trip. The 1st room I had was a smoking room. Febreeze didn't even help it was soooooo bad. There was a spider web in the bathroom door jam. Unfinished patch work in the ceiling over the tub and ceiling panels falling out over the vanity. It was so bad I had to request a new room. My 2nd room was a non-smoking room, but still had a bit of a musty odor. There was no hair dryer or ice bucket. It wasn't until the 3rd day and 4 requests did they finally come up with the hair dryer and ice bucket. Ceiling showed water damage, the front door did not shut tight, ceiling panels over vanity needed repair. The bedspread had disgusting yellow stains on it and they kept putting it on the bed even after I pulled it off and put a note on it that it was "badly soiled". I brought it to the front desk and asked them not to let the maids put it back on. We kept the "Do Not Disturb" on the door for the remainder of our trip. The only positives I had was it's location to all the local attractions and they were always prompt with the wake-up calls.

The outdoor pool that is featured in all the hotel descriptions was covered and looked like it has not been usable for some time. The breakfast area had little to no air conditioning and made eating breakfast miserable. The elevators smelled like smoke no matter what time of day. Overall, just a bad experience but it was cheap. You get what you pay for.

First I was not directed on how to get to my room, only where I could find it. I walked with my luggage 4 stories only to find an elevator at my second trip up. I was in the furthest and darkest part of the motel and when I tried to open my door it did not open easily. I thought the chain was locked until I looked in the room and made sure there wasn't anyone else in there. Then it would only close if the door was ajar. I didn't feel safe so I went and complained to attendent. He offered me another room, and I took it. I arrived at this room, once again luggin my bags in to the room and immediately noticed a large volume of flying insected swarming the lamp. I next went to check the bed, it was almost midnight by this time and I was exhaughsted and had a 10K to run in the AM. The bed had dead bugs, including a rollie pollie smashed winged bug and what looked like a beg bug crusted to the linens. I then inspected pillow and they were dirty, stained and the pillow cases looked just as bad. I grabbed my stuff and went back to complain, and there was a woman who came up with similar complaints. She had additional complaints of blood on the toilet seat and an overflowing toilet. She also felt unsafe. [*] [...] My race went horrible and I didn't get to eat... I got 3 hours of sleep. Worst night of my LIFE!I wouldn't even give it 1 star, but I had to because I didn't have a choice, I can't send this unless it's there.

We have stayed there before and expeienced the same treatment, that is why we returned. Friendly

What most of the other reviews have said is really true!!The hotel door handle was difficult to open/close and you could actually see out the crack between the door frame and the door. The carpet was sooooo dirty that our shoes stuck to the carpet. Our socks were so dirty that we couldn't get the stains out when we returned home--even with bleach! The spare toilet paper roll had previously been dropped into water and had dried with pink stains on it from the paper covering. Our kleenex ran out the first night and wasn't replaced until three days later.bathroom had mold. We did not feel comfortable leaving our suitcases in the room while we when site seeing--so every day we loaded our suitcases back into the car so nothing was stolen. Of course, they have a sign that states they are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in this run down neighborhood. nice staff and decent breakfast offered.

the Days Inn in colorado Springs was ridiculous, we live in the springs and came to the hotel to get some quiet and cool off. The furniture was 70's style, the carpet was wet, it did not have an aircondition that you could control, which was the whole reason we went anyway. i got very sick during the night, and was vomiting in the restroom, I looked up on the wall and there were feces stains from who knows how long. There was water damage along the walls, and scraps of wall paper were coming off the wall, the tub was not caulked, and had diffrent tile around the spigot. The pool was full of bugs, and surrounded by wild, drinking men, making cat calls at my daughter and I. It was absolutly terrible.
