The hall carpet was dirty and needs replaced because it is your first impression. There weren't any towels in the room and I had to go get them. I needed an inexpensive room close to the airport and so it met my needs. The staff was friendly.

It was great, the staff was very nice and the rooms very clean.

Close to freeway. Clean hotel. Breakfast was a little short on things to eat

I booked on Orbitz two nights at days in in CS. by airport. My flight was delayed over night in Dallas. So I asked the front desk if they would comp. me the night I missed. Manager not in ( sorry we can't help you). Then the girl at front desk was new and could not find my res. ( I called from Dallas twice, night missed girl said fine, I'll note it in the system). She cancel my res. I wrote all my info down for res. Thank god I took pic of my res. and already paid rooms.!!!!!!!!!!!!! At one point the hotel was full of marijuana sell ( I didn't care, but I didn't have children with me.) AND there was no elevator, I had to luge my stuff two flights of stairs. And my front door didn't lock, so I just put safely lock on and called it a night. Never again.

They need a sign on the road where you turn in. First impression not good but they cleaned up the lobby and the staff were better the next day.

Altercation between several people which resulted in the police being called - very unsettling.

Stayed 3 nights, housekeeping came 1 day and left 1 towel...had to go to front desk to get more each day. Will not stay again.

It was only good for a place to sleep that is as far as it goes.

The hotel was filthy, filled with undesirables, and did not enforce the policy of no marijuana smoking in the building. People were hanging out I'm the windows, a girl tweeting on drugs was in the lobby with her 2 yr old, and people hit us up to get a tattoo...

Hotel room could have been warmer overall great time. Check in was quick and easy very quite.

The hotel was great. Had a great pool for kids and family. Only minutes from a grocery store and gas station.

Dirty. Old. Broken ice machine. Unprofessional staff.

Front staff was 50/50 if they'd acknowledge you. AC from other rooms was noisy. Not bad once you're asleep though. No pokestops near.

For the price it was good. Staff was nice, breakfast buffet ran out of food.

The only mistake I made was not looking to see if they had refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. I was there for a weekend class F,S,S and would have liked to have brought my own food to save money but I couldn't. My bed had a divit from other bodies but I did notice that when I arrived they had a huge shipment of new mattresses that had come in so maybe mine was one that would be changed out soon. No bed bugs! Yay! It would have been nice to have a lotion besides a shampoo and soap but I did bring my own. Each bathroom has a hairdryer so that was nice. The hotel is definitely older but seems well kept for it's age. The carpet could go for sure but I heard zero noise from anyone and the staff was very friendly. The price was right. The view from my room was of Pikes Peak so that was awesome.

Upon check-in at 3 pm, the room was not ready, I left to do some work, came back at 6 pm, was given a key to a messed up room covered with liquor bottles and ladies under clothing. Staff was frustrated and would not give me a new room until she went up to personally check out the room, so I stood at the front desk with the luggage that I had just carried upstairs and downstairs until she could believe me that the room was a mess (and I guess make sure in her mind, that it wasn't me that did it). Then proceeded in a very snotty manner, to tell me that there were no other "like" rooms available, and then totally refused any type of upgrade and put me in a worse room. Okay, I understand, she was having a bad day, I could write that off. But I had had enough when the next day they left no towels in our room at all, and when I went to get them I thought I might go ahead and get some pool towels as well, (as the family was already down at the pool, and there were no towels at the pool) the man at the desk argued with me, saying he had them, but he would only give me three, I explained that there were four of us, could I not just get one more? He rudely would not even look up to answer me, one of us would just have to walk back to the room wet.

NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL--We arrived at 4:00 pm, where another couple was ahead of us trying to check in. There obviously was an issue that their room was not ready nor could they find their reservation. We stood waiting for 40 minutes, never acknowledged. There was a woman (The manager Cecey) running around with a boy around 10 years old trying to get rooms ready. Finally after 40 minutes a young man with a flat billed hat (very appropriate) got us checked in. Our room was just ok.....non smoking but cigarette burns on the couch??? The ice machine DID NOT WORK. There were no towels. Called the desk and they said they would get some. Called again an hour later and they said the same. Walked to the front desk and spoke with the manager and she stated "there are no more towels"....."I'll have to find more"......FINALLY at 11:15 pm we received some towels. Very shady neighborhood, random cars parked in the parking lot... We have always stayed in Days Inn, and during the same trip we also stayed at a Days Inn in Evanston Wyoming. The Colorado Springs-Airport Days Inn should take some tips from them....very good experience there, but NOT in Colorado Springs. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN!!!

My stay would have Ben way better if there was more variety of breakfast and if they had n elevator

- The location was good and the facility was nice enough. - This two-story facility had no provision for handi-capped guests. Luggage was difficult for us and staff offered no assistance. - Towels and consumables were not replenished during the daily maid service. - There was only cereal and toast available for breakfast. - Suspect a garment was left but have not been contacted

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast can be improved, as it offers less than the average continental breakfast.
