Not even close to how it looked online once I arrived. Did not want to leave my truck with tools in it overnight based on the people milling about outside. Sat there for 20 min or so and made the decision to cancel my reservation. Policy was 24 hours notice. If the pictures online dont accurately reflect what you see when you get there than its false advertizing in my book! In my opinion, I would remove this location from orbitz and any other reservation platform immediatly to prevent others from getting caught in this policy that penalizes you for cancellation once you actually see this place.

No towels had to ask 4xs did not get until next day! hair dryer broken, gaps and dirt in the floor boards, lumpy mattress, stained and marked up sheets, iron had black marks on it - could not use. Stayed one night and was charged for two even after contacting Orbitz with all the issues. Would not recommend!

Property is in poor condition, room was dirty and updates were poorly done.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is a dump. The toilet lid was broken, the bathroom door was broken, the sink was stopped up and their only solution was to pour stinky chemicals in it that didn't actually work but sure did make the room reek, there were exposed wires and the lights in the headboard didn't work, a light outlet was unfinished, furniture was damaged, the linens were soiled and stained (bed and towels) and the curtains were a tangled mess that did little to block out the massive lights in the parking lot that point directly into the windows. The "continental breakfast" was packaged donuts, some yogurts, and some buns. Sugar, sugar, sugar and not a lick of protein. The "business center" is a desk crammed into a corner that has no printer and didn't have the power cables attached (they claimed because of COVID). When I complained, they told me that they could check me into another room, but that I'd have to wait until the regular check in time to do so because they were sold out. So they weren't going to fix anything, but just give our room to some other unsuspecting customer. For $130 per night, I really expected a better experience. Dirty and broken is their theme, it seems.

I was expecting the Continental breakfast but there was none. I would have brought my own decaf coffee, there was none in the room. There was no shower curtain. Our room smelled like putrid but the stairway smelled so much worse. AC worked but not very well. Not sure if our room was vacuumed. One bed had no middle blanket. The TV remote did not work most of the time. Everywhere you looked around the elevator was filth and junk sitting around. Fish tank was filled with filthy water. I checked out at 7 am because it all made me uncomfortable.

The room was not up to standards. Nothing like expecting from the website and reviews. There was a smell and some lighting didn’t work.

Place is a dump TV kept going out Spent 4 nights there and only had towel changed twice

The breakfast was ok , but not the freshest. Breads were quite dry.

This place is dirty, cheaply made, you'll hear everything on every floor, the bed is horribly uncomfortable, and the staff is horrible. I got a hold of the manager Kelly and she promised me a 50% refund and then 4 weeks later when I got a hold of her again she only said she would give me 10%, so she's a liar, and has no idea how to run a business. It takes at least six weeks to get a hold of any kind of management, and if you have a complaint they simply don't care, oh and the continental breakfast is literally toast and cereal..

At first glance everything was nice, the lobby is beautiful and the room was spacious. The cleanliness was suspect though, the bathroom floor had a coffee stain on it which made it evident it had not been mopped, and there was a candy wrapper on the vanity, nothing terrible, just sloppy work. The box spring was hanging out of it's frame, which was fairly simple to fix, and the clock was about three hours off, fixed that too. The next person should be slightly happier lol The hot tub was a lot smaller than I was hoping, I am a small woman and it was too short for me to get my legs all the way in, let alone allow room for two people, and the tile floor is like ice next to it, no rugs there to ease the shock, not really enough towels for this kind of room either, but we made do. Had to stuff a pillow in the big round window that had no curtain and a parking lot light blasting in like daylight, something really could be done about that too. Also the AC/heat unit was terribly noisy and sounded like it was about to die. Maybe I am being too picky, the breakfast was the best continental arrangement I have every seen, so many selections and even the option to make your own waffles, nicely arranged in a spacious room, bravo for that one. But ultimately not any better than the Calhan Inn, which is closer to our destination when we are staying overnight in this area, and considerably less expensive.

The service was great! The lobby was super nice and smelled really good. The breakfast was ok. There was a lot of weird sand in the hot tub. It wasn't ideal to walk through the breeze way in the cold to get to the pool area in your swimming suit. The beds were comfy, but only for a little while because they were breaking down. The floor in the room was hardwood laminate and VERY slippery when wet from swimming suits and just wearing socks. Probably won't stay here again.

Everything was great including the pool and jacuzzi. The room was a bit outdated but clean. The only troublesome area was the extremely small breakfast area. Some guests gad to stand up and eat. However, I'd stay again. Great value and wonderful staff!

I phoned ahead to find out about parking. They said the wad plenty of room to park with a trailer and the isn't. The staff is polite but do not understand ADA guidlines when it comes to service animals. They don't know what questions to ask and they tried to charge me extra for my service dog. Management needs to train employees better. The beds are ok but parkour are uncomfortable.

Pictures on the website were deceiving. Room was not as nice as what was pictured. After getting in the room it appeared as though they tried a quick and easy cheap remodel. The bed was not comfortable at all.
