I just stayed in this hotel last night, using my Orbitz points and my own cash. The staff was friendly. My room was clean. The stairwells were very dirty (I don't take elevators much). The pool was clean and the hot tub was hot. I just couldn't eat breakfast there at all! Luckily, a McDonalds is just across the parking lot.

Booked because it was one of the cheapest in the location. Totally what I expected given the price, not horrible and not exceptional so it was in line with cost

the facilities were dirty. the breakfast was cheap and bad. Never will booking again with them.

The pool had so much chlorine my daughter started to get a rash on her legs and I was coughing from breathing in the chemicals. We had to get out almost immediately and shower ourselves off. The room didn't have a remote for the TV and the pillows looked old and dingy, nothing you would want to lay your head on.

My wife and I reserved a night at this hotel based on positive reviews that we read but were very disappointed with our stay. Upon arriving at the hotel we were approached by a man saying that the elevator was broken and offering to carry our bags to our room, which was on the third floor, for $5. When we declined his offer and checked into the hotel we found out that, sure enough, the elevator was broken. When the staff at the front desk told me about it, instead of offering any sort of help they noticed I was wearing a shirt from a marathon and said, You run marathons, you'll appreciate the exercise. The hotel also smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and did not feel clean at all. We had another man approach us in the parking lot asking for money and some of the other patrons of the hotel appeared to be homeless because they were carrying all of their belongings into the hotel in trash bags and had strong body odor. While I realize that the hotel has little control over who stays there, it certainly contributed to our family not feeling very safe in the hotel. Even if the bed had been comfortable, we couldn't sleep well because we worried most of the night that our van would get broken into. Breakfast was sub-par at best. Our favorite part of this hotel was leaving it behind after checking out. Sure this hotel was cheaper than some of the other options but if I had to do it again I would spend $20 more and stay at a place where I can rest more comfortably.

We chose to stay here looking for hot tub and indoor pool and a good rate. With our surprise we found a great staff, friendly and caring and accommodated our every need. I will come back.

nice-breakfast was not so good-coffee was weak. The girl at counter was very sweet at check in

The hotel has a relatively central location in Colorado Springs, but it's surrounded by only by concrete and cheap commercial areas. The staff was not too friendly and the pool didn't look tidy enough to inspire us to jump in (maybe it was, it just didn't look that way). I've been to cheaper and better hotels, but I guess that for people who need to be close to the center of Colorado Springs, and need to spend here just the night, it would make sense to stay.

Furniture in room very dated and room smelled bad. Smell went away if air was running so left that on. Swimming pool was cloudy. Breakfast was fair but the room is SMALL. Made it very difficult to move around. It was nice having a large room with separate bedroom for a big family. Great price.

Only there a very short amount of time. Good accommodations for short stay!

Common areas dirty, breakfast ok. Front desk young lady moody and was the only hotel staff I saw in the place. Weird place with weird guests.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn't too exciting, just the basics, but low on all items, and the front desk person was too busy to refill them. No workout room. Big room with fridge and microwave.

The hotel does give what it offers, and at the price I paid, the value was about accurate, I suppose. The rooms were nice and clean and well laid-out, but I gave it low marks for a couple of reasons. To begin with, though we were staying a week, I had to visit the front desk the first two nights to have my key cards reactivated. The staff was friendly about it and readily took care of it, but it was irritating that it wasn't done right the first or even second time. The bed wasn't very comfortable, both my boyfriend and I slept poorly and had sore backs. The towels were rough, pillows were flat, tv stations were fuzzy (Due to being brought in via satellite, I imagine), and the pool is only 4 & 1/2 ft deep. Like I said, for what you pay for this place, the value is fair enough. I've just had better hotel experiences before, and would probably opt for something different/better next time.

Poor customer service. One of the girls was nice but had no customer service skills. The room appeared clean. My son enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Could smell smoke in the hallway and in the room with the fan on as I was on the third floor and the smokers were on the second. Made no sense. Lots of little things needed improvement. Paid at least $25 under their asking price and would not pay the regular price. Also, the continental breakfast was stale, lukewarm pancakes and bag donuts.

We went to this hotel just to get away from it all for the night. We were very happy with the hotel, it was very quiet and clean. Our room was very nice for the price. We enjoyed the hot tub and the massage chairs in the lobby. My only complaint would be that the pool needed cleaning, I could see my footprints at the bottom,so I didn't swim anymore after that, but the hot tub was nice and I loved the hotel and the setting. Our room was a pretty good size also and quit cozy for a night away.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. However, smoking is permited in the hallways and stairwells even on a floor with only non-smoking rooms. The free breakfast was not worth the money. The bed's matress protector would wrinkle up under the sheet and make the bed seem lumpy. All said and done minus the smoking issues I would be willing to stay there again.

The breakfast was pathetic.

The bed and pillows were basically hard as rocks which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room was quiet and clean. There were some cosmetic maintenance items that need to be addressed in the bathroom (wall work). The room was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel with the caveat that you should bring your own pillows if you don't like fat hard pillows!
