Staff shows promise to correct minor issues, e.g. slippery bathroom floor in room, faucet of bathroom sink incorrectly installed, gym not well maintained, however the breakfast team is not service oriented.

Beautiful hotel. The room was immaculate and spacious. The staff is over the top friendly and helpful. The free breakfast has a lot of variety..we particularly loved all the fresh, delicious fruit. The hotel is located right on the river and is a short walk from both the Buquebus Station (where we arrived from Buenos Aires) and to Old town. WE RECOMMEND IT!!!!
