We had a wonderful stay at the Westin for the Maskfest event. The staff was so kind and helpful and the hotel was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. They also make wonderful coffee in the mornings and pizza for dinner! We will be back next year!

Great location. Nice staff. Pretty lobby. Room bedsheets were stained and bathtub had hair in it. That was a little off putting but the rest of the room was very nice. Bathroomb was very small but nice and updated. Would recommend but housekeeping needs to step it up
Excellent service from the staff. Prime location for the Convention Center. Access to the Skywalk makes traveling around downtown so convenient. Absolutely recommend.
In town for a wedding. Great location for a reasonable price.
I have been a loyal Westin customer ever since I worked at the LaPaloma in Tucson, Arizona. The hotel in Indianapolis has been at its location for a long period of time. It is clear that it has been remodeled but some of the common areas (floor ice and vending machine rooms) could use a bit of a refresh. I generally stay somewhere within the SPG family when I travel and would come back to the Indianapolis Westin when possible.
It was a comfortable stay in a very nice hotel that is close to all of the downtown action in Indy. A reminder: the "in house" and valet parking is extremely expensive.
Very nice staff will stay again. Answered all my concerns. Let me stay an extra night with no reservation.
