Not worth the money don't stay here

I tried to contact the management several weeks to ask for a refund for 1 of the nights I stayed but they may have gone out of business. I did not feel safe there and I did not sleep well.

They have 24h desk clerk. I woke up in middle of night and sure enough, he was awake and alert on the job. It's the best hotel in that area. Its closr to interstate but not noisy. Next door to Waffle House. The owner/staff are extremely hospitable and concerned about their guests.

Not a great location and it felt as though someone would break into our car the whole time we were there. The whole building smelled terrible, a blend of body odor, cigarettes and regret.

The staff is rude. Front desk lady was upset because I told her they had bugs all over the room and she was tired. She told me she knows about the bugs and they will spray Monday (it was a Saturday). She then says she is not an employee there and she is just there because she is filling in. Place is disgusting and no one shoukd ever stay there.

The moment you walk through the doors there is the stench of smoke. It then follows you to your room where the floors creek, the bed creeks, the walls are thin, the toilet is broke, the carpet and room is filthy, and the breakfast...a few, what looked like donut holes, that had to have been days old. I paid for 2 nights and left after 1. I've stayed in hostels cleaner than this place.

You will be better off spending a little more money than to waste it at this place. The people that ran this place were unprofessional and inexperienced (they loved to mention that last part a lot, the lady said at least twice she's only been there for 10 days). When I walked in, all the lights were off, it didn't feel very safe to enter. Nobody was at the counter for check in (you had to ring some bell). The room over all was fine. Nothing spectacular (I hate it when TV's don't have sleep mode). The alarm clock didn't work right, so I had to use the wake up service (it called 15 minutes late). The most annoying thing was that I was getting over a cold and so I was having trouble sleeping so I got up at 12:30 to find out where a 24 hour pharmacy was located. If I ran a hotel I would know were the closest grocery, pharmacy, pizza place, bowling alley, etc are because your guests are from out of town. So I rang the desk bell and the lady came out (in her pajamas and she appeared she had been sleeping) and had no idea where one was. She also made no effort to help me find one. So I went back to my room and got on my laptop (wifi was working in that moment and I found one). I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because what they put out was not worthy of being called breakfast. This place is horrible, do not go there.
