Good, clean hotel. Easy check in and check out. Spacious parking. Very close to a variety of restaurants. Nice, comfortable room. Big TV with cable channels to access any program I was looking for. A good value for the price that I paid.

Just walking into the hotel you could tell that it was not taken care of very well and hasn't been cleaned like it should be in years. Once we got to the room we checked under the bed for bed bugs and found a large dirt mark in the shape of the foot of some type of animal as well as droppings. That was all we needed to see to know that we weren't going to stay there. When we explained this to the front desk they let us lace without a cancellation fee considering we are only there for five minutes. Don't book this hotel if cleanliness matters to you. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was fine, the room was good, the staff were pleasant, the breakfast was fine. I had no real problems with anything except the pillows. They were tiny little squares and as lumpy as could be. Absolutely horrible. If they would invest in new pillows their rating from me would have been much higher. Definitely bring your own if at all possible!!

staff was welcoming and friendly. Bathroom sparkling!, the bedskirt had obvious "bodily fluid on it" and the couch has a suspious stain. Didn't sit on couch and bedskirt stain was far enough from top of bed to one be nasty insteaded of gross and requesting a different room. I did check sheets, very clean. for a newer hotel I would have expected more but I was there alone for a conference and it worked out fine. the entrance to the hotel smelled BAD, dog poop is what came to mind. I never saw any but I was in/out and noticed it each time. I come to the area frequently, no so sure I will come to thie hotel ahain.

I stay in this area frequently had have a couple other "go-to" options I usually choose. I tried this hotel just out of curiosity. I was pleased that the place is slightly higher quality than my regular choices at comparable rates. There's no single aspect that stands out. It was unremarkable in every aspect. But in travel, "unremarkable" is a sign of excellence.

no problems had a hot water issue fixed quickly would recommend to others easy access the the major highways

Overall a decent value for what I paid. The one really annoying thing was that I got the room right across from the elevator, and those walls/door weren't keeping any sound out. So when families started to head downstairs for breakfast, I was up for the day. If I went back, I would definitely request a room at the end of the hall to try and avoid that again.

too much clorine in the pool for me, breakfast was very simple, light in bathroom wasn't very bright. located close to SIUe which was helpful for us. very close to shopping and dining

A few small issues like not enough towels for the pool area and parking lot being redone. But, overall the staff was very nice and had all the essentials.

The hoTel sTaff was very sweeT but the room has a real bad smell to it nothing a couple of a fresh couldn't help

Everything was fine, and the room was as I expected for the price and location. I had a beetle wandering around the room which I provided a burial at sea for. Other than that everything was fine.

This hotel was a good value for the cost. Located very close to many restaurants and downtown St. Louis. The staff was superb! Would definitely stay again.

good hotel for the price. The hotel was very clean and but the free breakfast needed something.

Despite the raging thunder storms in the area your hotel was very comfortable and we felt quite secure. We like to stay here when we go to a concert at Pop's in Sauget. The location is perfect.

Called twice on Friday to let them know that I would be checking in late and to ask if our roll away would already be in the room when we arrived since it was going to be so late when we arrived. I was told both times that everything was going to be ready for our arrival. Arrived about 1am to find out that we didn't have a room reserved nor did they have any available to meet our request. Finally got into room about 2. Left on Saturday to do what we had gone to St Louis to do and came back to the room and they hadn't cleaned it or brought clean towels.

When we arrived our room was out of service. They put us in a room for one night that wasn't to bad. The next morning they moved us to the type of room we had reserved. The room smelled musty and the AC didn't work. I had to mess with it to make it work. If you walked across the carpet it would turn your feet black! Carpet had gum smashed into it. Cobwebs in the bathroom. Two different mornings when I woke up I had bug bites all over my legs. I've been in hot tubs the size of the pool. Also the pool was dirty looking. The tiles in the pool looked as though it had not been cleaned for a long time. I've stayed at Days Inns before and never had this kind of experience.

The hotel was close to St. Louis, very clean, pretty good cont. breakfast. Would stay there again!

The room was clean and everything looked good. The staff was very friendly.

Checked in at 12:30am. With-in an hour of checking in the toliet broke. was told someone would come and fix it in the morning. staff was "spying" on guests. member of staff was knockin on room doors checkin on how people were doing and if everything was ok, this was at 1 am. the next day a big fight in the parking lot and by the front door woke everyone in my room up at 7am, fight continued off and on till about 9:30am with out staff doing anyting about it. My kids were afraid to go the pool which was by the front door. when we checked out and complained about it front desk staff wanted me to confront the people arguing

Staff was very nice, the windows in the room was very dirty, the towels clean but stained. Good location with plenty of restaurants.

We apologize for the mix up that occurred with your reservation. Our system was glitching due to Ameren having power surges and a room was marked as clean in the system when it in fact was not. We do hope that you will give us a second chance to make this up to you. Have a Blessed Day! Billy Lynn Hale- Manager Days Inn Collinsville, IL
