THE CARPET SEAMS WERE COMING APART, THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY,STUFF SPLATTERED ON THE WALLS LIGHTS SWITCH WAS FILTHY, ITEMS UNDER TABLES NOT SWEPT.

Reasonable rate and free shuttle to Busch Stadium.

Beautiful very clean i absolutely love it. Great view

Great view of the arch and the Mississippi River. Check-in was quick and easy and the neighboring rooms were fairly quiet. Great price for the room! Just wish there was food closer. Nice park within walking distance from the hotel.

Didnt have room ready at check in time. Came back at end of night and sold room to someone else. Luckly they had one upgrade left and gave it to us for same price. All good after that.

Nice stay and reasonably priced. Hotel is clean too.

Staff very friendly, hotel is walking distance, room spacious and comfortable.

Every machine I went to there was no water. Bed was very comfortable. This was across the river from St. Louis , Mo.

The hotel staff were all quite friendly and helpful. The room temperature was a bit inconsistent no matter how cool we turned the thermostat. The toilet was extremely loud upon refilling. I've stayed at Casino Queen before and these are things that can be expected at an older hotel. It would be nice if the price reflected that. Otherwise, I would come back and definitely recommend to others!

Midweek getaway I had a good time & experience at Casino Queen

Liked everything about this hotel except for the beds as they were way too firm.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Great casino. Clean big rooms. Would stay again. Near Busch Stadium and gateway arch

Having stayed at the Casino Queen before I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. Stains on carpet and it evidently had not been vacuumed as there were plastic tags from store purchases on the carpet. That said, the room was a great size, the hotel quiet, and very comfortable. Rex at the front desk was wonderful talking me through being lost while driving to the hotel. Stayed on the line until I was in the parking lot, not just giving me verbal directions and then hanging up. This was very appreciated. However the girl on the desk at 10:30 p.m. was very rude and haughty with her attitude when we called to find out where to pick up the shuttle after the ballgame. She gave not only us but another person incorrect or confusing directions and we would have completely missed the shuttle if not for security people at the ballpark village giving us correct information. When we attempted to talk to her when we got back to the hotel, her attitude was, "that's what I told you" when it was not the information she gave us. If she had been our only contact with the hotel, we definitely would not stay there or recommend the hotel again. She was terrible.

After a 7 hour drive I arrive at 2 and she says room not ready come back at 2:30. I come back at 3 and she says room not ready come back at 4. Bull. While I was waiting at the counter 4 separate couples walked in and got their rooms. Checkin time at motel 6 and pretty much everywhere else is 2pm. The hallways stink bad as well. I'll never go back.

The check-in was the worst. Rooms weren't clean yet and it took them 45 minutes to finally change our room to a clean one, even after asking the front desk 4-5 times. We wouldn't stay here again

It was very good I enjoy my stay , the metro was very close and easy transportation if you want to go downtown St. Louis

Room was ok. Just a little dingy. The staff was ok
