My wife and 2 large dogs stayed for the 2017 eclipse. We had been warned that pet friendly hotels can be rough but we were pleasantly greeted with one of the nicest motels we've ever stayed in! Very clean spacious room, friendly service, incredible complimentary breakfast. I almost wish we had stayed 2 nights!

I think its the only hotel in Mascoutah. A bit outside of town and near nothing but very clean, friendly staff, good rooms and beds.

The young man who checked us in was not customer oriented. It seemed that he had better things to do than check us in. The woman who checked us out was the polar opposite- very friendly and gracious.

Need carpet by the doors to muffle sound of them opening and closing during the night.

VERY NICE HOTEL AND THE STAFF VERY NICE AND HELPFUL

Our son lives in Mascoutah. We often stay with him. But on Thanksgiving & Birthdays etc. extra guests make it a little crowded. So we are happy to use Best Western as an overflow.

Amazing front desk clean and comfortable! Definitely will staying here if we visit this state again.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the building is new. Overall, it was great.

Normally we stay at Best Westerns because everything is top notch, but not this one. The pool was described as heated, however the water was frigid. My daughter was shivering the entire time she was in the water. Also, we had difficulty getting channels & staff was unable to help. And to top it off, there was no manager available!!!

I was attending a wedding reception in southeastern Illinois, so the location was good for that and a trip to Cahokia Mounds State Park..

First time at this hotel. Not many cars in the parking lot, though my business associate tells me the hotel can be packed at times, just not this Friday night apparently. Pool & Fitness Center were nice; TV in the Fitness Center. The complimentary continental breakfast was pretty standard; nothing unexpected or special. The hotel floors were clean, an impressive feat considering all the snow & salt outside. Disappointed that there wasn't a TV channel guide in my room when I wanted to find the local weather & ESPN; had to channel surf. My laptop had no problems linking to the WiFi, which was pretty fast for my minimal uses. Plenty of shopping & dining options within a 15-minute interstate drive.
