If you don't like (or cannot take) the smell of cigarette smoke, do NOT stay here; the room was ok, but the hallways reeked.

Room very clean, king size bed comfortable, spacious room, small fridge but adequate, and nearby TGIFs, and other restaurant. Breakfast was good.

The room was okay for one night stop on the road. I honestly sorry to say that the night shift receptionist was extremely rude to us. He insisted on charging us $15 for a rollaway bed, and when I refused and said that when I booked the room it said that it is included, and if you say it is not, then we really do not need it, so never mind. He got upset and said all hotels charge for rollaway bed, I responded that with all due respect, I travel a lot with my family and that is not very accurate, maybe it is your hotel's policy, and it is okay and no need for the bed. He got more upset and angry and said I am not lying, you just do not want to spend $15. It was very late at night and we were tired and I did not want to continue this conversation with a guy who accuses me to be cheap! Customer respect and service is important and that is what makes American businesses one of the best. I do not recommend this hotel

This was a last minute reservation on my way to Colorado. For a 2 star motel, it was very clean, staff was very nice, beds were comfortable and it was convenient to I70.

Decent, clean room that we didn't stay much in except to sleep. We did attempt the pool area once and the whirlpool wouldn't work. They said they would sent maintenance right away but no one showed up. This was the only real problem we found.

Had a wonderful time in St Louis for the spring break

We were in St Louis for one night to attend a concert. This hotel was a bit farther away from downtown STL than I had expected, but is just a straight shot down the highway so it wasn't a big deal. Room was nice and clean, everything worked fine (a/c, hair dryer, etc) We didn't get to have breakfast because they closed up at 9:00, which was a bit early for us. Otherwise, a great stay.

The swimming pool had a scuzzy ring and the water was turning green. The pool area was super hot while the water was cold and there was no hot tub to account for the temperature. There was no TV remote in room when arrived. After I went to the desk for the remote, the remote would not work. The front desk tried but could not get more than 2 channels on the TV until the next morning. They also ran out of spray for the waffle maker the 1st morning I was there.

Booked hotel for one night but ended up staying two nights. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had no bad odors. It was located in a convenient part of town, near restaurants and shopping malls. It had a microwave and fridge, which are two major necessities when we stay at a hotel. My kids love to swim and enjoyed the pool. We stayed at a "higher end" hotel the previous day and it was awful compared to our stay at America's Best Value Inn. I'm glad I chose this hotel.

Large rooms. Disappointing breakfast. Had to make the pot of coffee in the breakfast area since noone was attending it.

All their reservations are on paper and they lost mine. I made it online and showed up and they said they had no record of it. They told me there was nothing they could do about it and I ended up staying at the super 8 across the street which was very nice.

Good location - nice person at front desk - clean and kept well

This hotel was used on an overnight stay to another destination. It was located just off the highway, so was convenient, but also noisy. You could hear the trucks rumbling along the highway. In addition, the walls aren't particularly thick, so you could hear the conversations/TV from neighboring rooms. The clerk that checked me in was pleasant and helpful. The room was drab, but had the necessities, including a medium fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The breakfast was not bad, except for the coffee, which was not the best. If I had to do it over, I'd choose a hotel further away from the highway in order to get a better night's rest for the long trip ahead. If you bring some earplugs, then the stay may not be too bad.

its just like a regular hotel, just fits your money purpose. It had a cathode ray TV , and the blankets looked liked they were 10years old. But still the room was neat. a good place to stop by. I liked the staff a lot, they were very friendly and helpful

When we first arrived to check in, our room wasn't done yet. House keepers were still cleaning it from the previous guests. So we unloaded all our stuff and still had to wait about 20 min. To get settled. The pool was fun, but GREEN... Almost like a bleachy green. It looked and smelled like too much bleach. And it made our skin feel slimey. Other than that, the staff was super nice!

reasonably comfortable and quiet with a decent breakfast; good value for the price.

Hotel was comfortable..breakfast area was small with limited offerings, but served purpose for our travel schedule. best part was location and close proximity of the Lotawata Creek resturant...great meal selections and prices..

We went to Orlando for spring break with 4 children. This was a great value for us. While nothing was over the top wow, the pool was nice, there was a breakfast everyday, shuttles to the parks, and the location was awesome. It was a hotel where the 6 of us could stay in one room. The fridge was very handy. With all things considered it was a great value and very convenient.

We were disappointed in actual rooms and looks after looking at the pictures online. The beds were comfy but it was the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a motel room. Overall it was pleasant to stay here.

Tienes todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son viejas. Y la cafetera te la ponen en el baño. La calefacción es buena.
