The check-in and check out process was fast with very friendly staff. The rooms are ok with the restroom and vanity area a bit small. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was very clean. I wish we could have gotten a room downstairs. It was a hassle carrying our luggage up and down.

Room was ok for my son and I but would not have been acceptable for the wife

it was close to the 7 on 7 tournament. It was an ok place. Bed was good. Checking in was slow. Person was pleasant.

I have no complaints regarding the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing! I would have liked a better breakfast with more options but other than that it was great.

The bed was as hard as a rock and the pillow was so slippery it kept sliding off the bed. The shower water pressure was so weak that it took forever to get the shampoo out of my hair. I will never stay here again.

Hotel check in was quick and easy, the desk clerk was very courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants in the area and it was conveniently located to be able to travel to different areas of town.

We kind of ended up here. The Days Inn was a solid, no frills option for half the price of many other hotels nearby. The only complaint we had was that the blankets were like sheets, but I saved like $90, which went directly to a nice sushi dinner. Solid trade off.

It was exactly what I expected, a clean, comfortable safe place to stay for one night. The breakfast was average, but I didn't expect much to begin with.

Since we HAD a reservation for a football game at this hotel next month (the reservation has now been cancelled), we decided to check the place out for our quick overnight stay for a Sunday morning run. We were literally using the room to crash for the night, so we weren't concerned about anything fancy. Turns out that we should have paid attention to the reviews. Overall the room was just dingy. It had a damp smell and feel. I wanted to wear shoes at all times, including in the shower. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was rusted and falling off the wall and there was graffiti on the ceiling. When we checked in we asked the nice young man at the desk for a late check out. He told us that we would need to ask in the morning, but it shouldn't be a problem (the hotel appeared to be less than halfway full). We called in the AM and were given a noon check out. When we were getting showered after our race, housekeeping tried to come in and after informing them of our late checkout, the front desk called and left a message on my fiancé's phone telling us that they had no note about our late checkout time and that we needed to leave. We couldn't get out fast enough. I'm not a very picky person (we chose a budget hotel after all), but rude staff combined with a dirty room means they will not get any more of my money. We are happily paying sixty dollars more for our new room in November. Since they regularly book up on game weekends, I doubt they care about improving.

We checked in; went to the room; looked around and left for another hotel. This is NOT a 3.2 hotel... not even close. The only good thing was the hotel clerk; she was very nice. Avoid this hotel. Dingy, old, smells bad...

I was a little worried prior to our arrival due to some of the reviews, but we had an excellent stay. Our room was recently renovated and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful! Thank you!

If you have any other options available, DON'T stay here. This (honestly) was the only available place to stay when we needed a room. It was during the 7-on-7 station championship and we were not able to find any other location for the 2 nights we were in College Station. We were disgusted! We were told it was a non-smoking room and it wasn't (Yuck!). The room was musty and the A/C ran continuously LOUD no matter what temp we put it on. My husband literally jumped in the shower to wash his hair and rinse off in about 2 minutes. The finish on the tub/shower had been scrubbed off and there was a disgusting shower mat in the bottom of it to cover cracks and chips. The bed spread was ancient and full of snags. When I removed it from the bed I tossed it aside so that we would not be tempted to cover up with it. Well... the "blanket" and linens were not better. When I opened the bed I was uncertain if there were dead fleas in the bed or snuff (Texas for chewing tobacco). The lighting was bad so we were not able to determine what it was and brushed it out of the bed. We did not see anything moving. Well, the next morning I had a few bites on my legs and torso. There was nothing good about his motel except for the fact that we were able to find any accommodations during our visit. When I say we had no other options, I am not lying. However, we would have slept better in my SUV in a parking lot. We checked out a day early and explained our concerns to the front desk employee. Currently, we are waiting for a partial refund. We were not expecting a "nice" hotel based on the pictures online. However, we were expecting something clean and comfortable which this was neither. Again, please take my comments seriously and find somewhere else to stay. There was debris littering the parking lot. The carpet was damp feeling (although not wet). There was visible light coming in around the door so it was not airtight. The complimentary breakfast was pastries and yogurt - no fruit at all. This is honestly the worst place my family has EVER stayed.

Clean , average price great location, good place to stay with few amenities

This hotel should be in one star rating. not satisfied

The staff that cares for the upkeep and maintenance are top notch. With what they have to work with, they do an outstanding job of keeping the rooms and grounds clean, neat and orderly. It is an older facility, and the rate was about on par with the quality of the rooms.

My family & I were in town for a basketball tournament. We didn't spend much time in the room, so it was decent enough.

We were looking for somewhere close to TaMU for registration / orientation . Perfect for that ! Older but clean. Great value! Didn't bother us , but... Looks like many workers use this as housing while they are in college station for construction jobs

Room was ok. Outdated and check-in isn't till 3. So your paying a lot for not a full day.

We had a meeting at a nearby hotel. It was within walking distance. The room was nice and at a rate far cheaper than the one the meeting was at even with the conference discount! Outstanding value. I had a great time.
