Perfect place to stay near the airport. The shuttle is super convenient, there is a Ruby Tuesdays in the parking lot and the staff is super friendly.
Room was hot, musty, and dirty. Curtains had holes and tears in them, and the door jams were split/safety lock bent like someone tried to kick them in. I felt very unsafe with my small child there.
What is advertised is not really what you will get. The hotel is old, moldy, damp and gloomy. It is one of those hotels that needs to be turn down and rebuilt (no renovation). They have repainted the hotel a few times just to cosmetically hide a lot of damages ( wear and tear). I encountered a one man staff during my overnight stay. He was the receptionist, caretaker and kitchen person all in one. Yet, he didn’t know the answer to any of my questions. It is a very depressing place to stay. I will not stay there again if it was offered to me for free.
Everything was old and dingy, breakfast was non-existent compared to the pics Hotel was nothing like the pics Beds were full - not queens.
The check-in and check-out was was quick and easy. The staff friendly and helpful.

I had an early flight the next morning and didnt want to get up earlier for a long drive and then a flight. The room I was in seemed to have been refurbished and was actually better than the Doubletree room I stayed at, at my destination.
Very clean. Nice soft towels that were not too small.

I paid to get sleep here due to a 12 hr layover. The shuttle NEVER arrived. I called 4 times, waited one hour… got a different shuttle there. The shuttle was supposed to be all included… well there’s that… I got so much less sleep because of the hour it took to pick me up, stops to other hotels along the way and then made it to mine- thankful to the other driver from another shuttle who dropped me off as many would not go that way. The reception staff at hotel apologized profusely. In the morning I go down to lobby for shuttle on time as expected and they tell me the driver went to get gas and will be back shortly…. What?! The linens/ bedding had stains.. one toilet paper holder was installed completely crooked, so they installed another next to it… just do this right and remove the broken crooked one and lastly no bfast at 6:30 am despite listing breakfast. There was a gentleman smoking pot right outside hotel door, nothing was said to him. I would not stay here again and I travel often. Ive never had such a poor experience
While building was run down. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC struggled to keep the room cool.
