Would schedule another hotel in surrounding area if returning someday, but not that hotel.

The vanity faucet had no hotwater we had to get hit water the tub ..I think that I will give it another try again, just was a bad room an need maintenance work.

The mattress was hard and pillows are not softy.Air condition was not functioning proper.

HAD NICE STAY ON FIRST DAY, THERE WERE NO TOWELS IN THE ROOM BUT WHEN I CALLED THE DESK, THEY GAVE US SOME ALTHOUGH I HAD TO GET THEM MYSELF. MY 7 YR OLD ACCIDENTALLY LOCKED THE SAFE BOX. WHEN I CALLED THE DESK, SHE IMMEDIATELY UNLOCKED IT. OVERALL, NICE STAY AND COURTEOUS STAFF

1) The internet was pathetic 2) I setup an request for wake up alarm but that did not happen at all 3) The Staff borrowed iron box from my room and did not return it back until I asked for it I will never go and stay in this hotel again

It was overall ok. Nothing excellent, but worth the money.

We were literally at this hotel for 9 hours, but it was just what we needed. In lieu of staying at the Gaylord Convention Center, where we attended an event over two days, this was an affordable alternative. Just over three miles up the street, we saved several hundred dollars over the cost of staying in National Harbor itself, which is one of the most over-priced areas of the country we have ever visited. This hotel has just the basics, but every thing felt recently built or remodeled. The shower was clean and bright, there was a new flatscreen, even the door locks were unblemished. The only extra in the room was a hair dryer. There was one small microwave in the lobby for communal use, but no refrigerator in the room. There was a safe, however. The hotel is in an area well populated with affordable restaurants and shopping. It is close to major highways and near to the D.C. area.

The hotel is good for what it is. The location is near a highway. It was a clean environment.

Clean hotel good location. Staff was nice and polite as usual.

The sheets and pillow cases were covered in human hair.....there were used floss laying on the bathroom floor......it was very gross. The room was warm (it was very cold out that weekend) and cozy, but the second day we woke up with bedbugs bites!!!!! When they cleaned the room, one returned us one clean towel instead of 2. Front desk staff was nice. Never stay here again!!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was alright. For the location and the amenities the price could have been alittle cheaper. The room is very small. And it said it was a non smoking hotel, however, our room smelt like smoke. The heaters in the room are alittle outdated and dont heat up fast enough. Our lights in our room were broken and the ac unit was broken.

In general the staff is amable and willing to help, so that is a plus. Rooms are clean and everything works properly. The negative point is that the walls are too thin and it feels like you are sharing the room with the neighbors. The location is too far from any important point in DC, Virginia and Maryland, so prepare to pay for a cap every time you want to go out. They don't have one single service for cabs and you can pay twice for the same trip, depending on the cab company and the driver. In resume, could have been way worst. I won't recommend it for a long stay, just as an exit.

We loved our stay here. We thought we would have to spend $250+ to stay in DC for one night. We found this hotel and gave it a shot! We loved our room. Perfect for a couple of 24 yr olds to sleep after a concert. We checked the beds for bugs and they were super clean. The shower was nice and clean. I really liked that it didn't have carpet on the floors. It was like wood laminate- much cleaner :) I am a picky person and I just loved our stay. We would definitely stay again. Thanks red roof!!!

The hotel room was comfortable but the bathroom smells very bad and AC was not working so I could not sleep very well at night. Internet was slow.

Its was ok! Bed was super comfy and room very clean.

Had a hard time finding it cause of the location read as Washington d c. Whereas its actually in Maryland

Nothing had to say about this hotel just a normal experience.

After reading reviews I almost decided to go to a different hotel, however, I'm glad I stayed here as it fit my purposes well and was near to where I needed to be attending a conference at a four star hotel. This hotel has been undergoing renovation over the past several years and my room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. It was clear that this room had been recently refurbished. It included a desk area, lots of power outlets, a well lit dressing area, large screen tv, fridge and microwave and safe for valuables. It is located behind a bank off the road so is quiet and even though I checked in after 11:30 p.m. I was treated courteously. The exterior is rough and the vending machines were out of order. I would stay here again.

Only was ok not the best I stayed at but for a last minute booking it was ok very decent I was pleased.

A very distance location away from downtown DC and it's open-door platform and we're responsible for our own lost properties?
