I was expecting a breakfast instead I received a rotten banana and granola bar. The staff was very nice and professional
I enjoyed a quiet night at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. I most definitely would stay again. The nightly rates was affordable and the room was spacious.
Apparently, reservations are canceled after 6pm. Didn't notice any mention of that while booking. Front Desk rebooked me at the counter at 9:15pm for a few dollars more than the original reservation. Hotel was nice. And parking was freeZ
The loud knocking at 11:04am on anyone's door who is checking out is quite rude. Every hotel offers a grace period. Breakfast is not a full American breakfast as advertised. Staff seem like they're at a backyard party rather than at work. I don't recommend and won't ever stay there again. I even tried to get a refund to leave and go to another hotel but they refused
Pretty much ZERO restaurants around here. Let me rephrase: there are ZERO. I had to Uber for $12 to get to a somewhat OK place. The shuttle took 1hr 35 minutes from airport, I could have WALKED faster. If the McDonalds next door is your thing then enjoy! Staff was super nice. No alcohol drinks available on premise.

Took nearly an hour to get checked in.
Was very clean older hotel but rooms in good standing.
Building appeared old and the rooms though clean also required better carpet and bathroom fixtures.

I had Covid symptoms and they would not let me use a credit card from my room, inside the hotel. Absolute stupidity to let somebody who has admitted in the interest of Public Health to self isolate, to come down to the lobby instead of paying from their room! Management are idiots! I even have a video I saved of everything!
Took about 30 min to check in. Room was ok. Bed had a sheet and a bed spread that was as thin as a sheet. Message light was blinking on phone so I called the front desk to see if I had a message. The woman at the front desk said “how do I know, I just got here!?!” This place is a dump.
Nothing to like close to airport that's was the only thing good
Receptionist gave us the towels that for floors that you step out the shower. She said “we don’t have towels available and just use these for shower and it will be fine. You can use them as the towels”. Then the cleaning lady came and said sorry and gave us the right towels Nails sticking up under the carpets near the jet tub. The maintenance guy came and take care them. However, a number of sharp nails still sticking up in the area between the tiles and carpet right out side the jet tub

Good evening,Yes, we are working on the lack of amenities in our area. We have added food trucks and mobile bartending on Friday and Saturday Nights. We are in the process of fixing these issues after our remodel is complete. On your next visit, I'm sure you will be please with the new Sky Point Hotel.
