Front Desk Clerk, very Rude. Middle eastern people tend to think we are interfering with their busy wvcheduke by checking in.
After we had confirmed reservations the Quality Inn called us at 11:30 Pm and denied us a room. They said their pipes had broken. Please remove this charge from Our credit card

I was afraid this would be a dump judging from the lobby and hallways, but the room was actually okay. It has been redone recently enough that it feels updated. The bathroom could use a little TLC though.
The stay was ok...nothing special. Good attentive staff
The hotel was poorly maintained, shower spigot fell off while showering, and towels were stained.
Perfect for a place to crash after driving all day and not being home quite yet.
When we get to the room found out that Room was not ready and clean for us. Need to wait for a while to let them to clean it. phone and some lights are not working too.

Well, let's start with check-in. Staff was less than professional in attire but friendly. The room was just bad. One wall had been recently painted but the rest was dirty and in disrepair. The carpet was grungy, the bathroom was pretty clean but very very small. The bed was well worn but sleepable. The room it's self was cramped. Even though the room was rough and had a bad smell I was tired and decided to stay. Then the plumbing kicked in! I have never heard sounds like I heard that night! Wow! I finally packed up at 4:00 AM and left.
Would not recommend. Room not clean, esp shower. Bed uncomfortable. Noisy. Pool closed due to health concern. Recent fire that had part of hotel closed off. Price too high for accomendation
