9 km from Langres, a town of art and history, 4 km from the fitness trail and treetop adventure course and 5 km from Lake Vingeanne, this completely independent and fully renovated gîte has a bread oven and 2 Directoire alcoves. In the heart of the village, its terrace overlooks the valley and its vegetable gardens. From the village, many forest walks are available, 2 remarkable French-style gardens "Sillière" and the picturesque park of Vergentière with its dry stone snails can be visited from May to September.
On the ground floor of the gîte: Living room, dining room with kitchen area (alcove: 1 extra single bed for a child).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160), shower room and WC.
Sheets, household and bathroom linen included.
Charges: 8 kWh/day of electricity offered (meter reading on arrival and departure). The surplus is to be paid to the owner: billing based on actual consumption (meter reading). Parking space adjacent to the cottage.
