The house is located in a complex (Village de Campagne) with three pools on a hill on the Gulf of Saint Tropez. It is centrally located on the Gulf of St. Tropez between Ste. Maxim and St. Tropez with its famous beaches.

From the south balcony of the house you have a view over the garden into the adjacent cork oak forest. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), bathroom with tub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (each with its own mattress 80 x 200) and a large loggia. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob with extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. Dishes, pots and cutlery are plentiful. In the living room a 32 "TV and a small stereo. Garden furniture is available both on the balcony and on the loggia.
