Bed linen included + beds made. Terrace + ground. Country house situated 3 km from the historic heart of Chambéry and 11 km from the Bourget lake. Green and quiet residential area near a bicycle path. Good comfort. Spacious and bright. Private terrace. Garden + large 400 m² of land. Country house located 3km from the city center of Chambéry and 11km from the beach of Lac du Bourget (largest natural lake in France). At 21km, superb Aiguebelette lake in its green setting, with non-motorized water sports. Ideally located for hiking between the Regional Natural Parks of Chartreuse and the Massif des Bauges. Very close to the Greenway for cyclists to the lakes of Bourget or St André. Privileged location for visiting Chambéry, Aix-les-Bains, famous spa and seaside resort or Annecy, Cities "of Art and History". A stay between lake and mountain!
