We believe our tire was slashed in the hotel parking lot after leaving a bad review online (possibly by staff) as they showed no concern when we told them! We've never experienced anything like this before.

Front desk staff pleasant Room smelled like stail smoke despite being a non smoking room, shower had hair from previous guest and shower curtain was very dirty. South side rooms are across from a truck stop so we got very little sleep due to trucks coming and going. Pool doesn't open until check out time and is located in the lobby.

Stayed one night after a day at Silverwood. Like most hotels, it is nowhere near the park. Reception was very pleasant and helpful Breakfast was a bit cramped and busy. Standard offerings with the addition of Tortillas to make breakfast burritos Discount tickets to Silverwood are advertised (but we didn't know that before arriving)

The hotel has been updated and is kept very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even with a booking issue that came up.

Staff were all very friendly and efficient from check-in until departure. I liked the wifi in the room which worked excellent. Each room comes with a refrigerator and microwave. The indoor pool is small but clean. The hot tub was only luke warm which was explained as clogged filters. Beds were plenty comfortable. The hot breakfast changed each day and included waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, breads, fresh fruits, and many drinks.

It was a nice place to stay. Included a reasonable continental breakfast.

Don't stay here if you don't have to. The bathroom/room was dirty, the box spring was noisy and I could here everything with paper thin walls throughout the hotel.

The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude! I loved the pool and the games but staff is a problem there.

We arrived the night before a big triathlon in Couer D'Alene, and needed a rollaway bed. I thought i had secured this by calling ahead, but it was first come, first serve. We were not polite about expressing our frustration at the miscommunication, but the lady at the desk found a roll-away and maintained her cheerful, professional attitude despite our crummy one. I was totally impressed, and would recommend this place to anyone.

The check-in process was pleasant enough. Good staff. The beds were AWFULL! Way too soft. My wife and I both left in misery. Never again. To top it off, went down for breakfast, lifted the lid off the gravy for the buiscits and gravy and left. The gravy was burnt and the buiscits were these tiny little things that were obviously frozen and looked like over sized donut holes.

The hotel is pretty run down, with unpleasant smells in the hallways. The pool appears unkept with rotting ceilings and walls and a stained (or just dirty) pool bottom. The room was very plain with no microwave or refridgerator, but the AC worked well. The 1 guest computer's internet was very slow and it froze for me and the guest that used it prior to me. It was inexpensive, however, for the location it should do better. I wont stay there again.

The room had a chair in it that had some disgusting white matter on it. (not a stain) I was shocked that it was left in the room for the next guest! the mattresses were in such poor condition that when you sat on them, the mattress sunk all the way to the box spring. The next morning, we went down to the breakfast bar,(a good half hour before it ended) and they were out of most everything. Now if the hotel sees that they have X no. of guests, why can they not plan to have enough food? How can they say they offer breakfast when it is a 'well maybe if you get here at 0700" The next morning, the food attendent did a poor job of keeping things restocked. People had to constantly ask her for things. I have been to other hotels with this kind of breakfast, and the attendants had no problems keeping up with eveything and being diligent. It was a dirty mess everywhere,(spilled food, etc.. on the counters) and she acted annoyed when asked for something. The towels for the pool were very small, the size of a handtowel. This place was HORRIBLE and I will NEVER go there again!

beds were old, sagging and uncomfortable, the carpet was not vacuumed near the beds, the linens were threadbare and there was terrible smell in the hallway

Ok for the price.

We were told we would get a king sized bed by Orbitz and we were given a queen size bed but our costs were not reduced. I am tall and need a king sized bed. We were disappointed by the way the room looked. We were not told they were remodeling and it was pretty rough looking. Orbitz should have warned us.

Continental breakfast good, but hotel is ill kept looking. Pillow case dirty (went and got clean) so it made you wonder if both beds were changed from previous people. You hear people in other rooms bedside you and above you keeping us awake all night. Hot tub looked clean but water was green looking. After returning from Silverwood which we were gone all day..returned to find both hotel doors to our rooms left open from housekeeping. Doors close but stop at door jam and have to be pulled back to shut all the way...our doors weren't shut and our belongings could have been stolen. We were on main floor right by elevators where people were coming and going. When we told staff they appologized and said housekeeping was suppossed to check doors, but he wasn't alarmed at all. We asked to be re-emburssed for our night stay and were told we'd have to go thru Orbits to get our hotel nights stay back. I told them I'd be writing a comment about their hotel for others to read...didn't seem to care.

We checked into our non-smoking room and it REEKED of smoke. They said that was from the smoking rooms down the hall! They gave us another room. That room had a large hole behind the door. When I brushed my teeth, the sink began to back up. I told this to the desk clerk and he said he knew about the hole and he would check into the sink problem. The sink wasn't addressed during my stay. The walls were paper thin. We heard other guests. I felt that the one desk clerk saw me as only a bother, not a customer. I won't be back. The rest of the staff seemed nice.

The hotel staff were extremely obliging and extremely courteous. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good hotel with great staff running it.

We had a great experience. Everything was as described and very easy and comfortable.

The hotel was okay for what it was--a truck stop. A huge truck filling station is right across the street. The hotel was clean and functional but not much more. If you're looking for more than a room and a bed, I'd head to Spokane Valley (if you're heading west) or CDA (if you're heading east.)
