Front desk staff member said I wouldn't hear the elevator door from my room and I didn't!

Great rooms good rate, but the pool and hot tub where GREEN !! GROSS

Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was great. Beds were very comfortable.

Hotel had a strange wet carpet smell. If you can get past that, it's not that bad. Small breakfast area that gets crowded quick.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They had a nice variety for breakfast with eggs, sausage and waffles along with the usual cereal, donuts and toast. My only complaint was the staff tended to sit right outside the front door smoking.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed was clean. The bathrooms could use some updating.

Check in person was not friendly or welcoming. I had a guaranteed reservation for a room with a king bed. I was given keys to a room only to find out there were queen beds. When I called to complain, there was no apology. When I asked for an expansion. I was told they were double booked. I replied that my guaranteed printed out copy of my reservation was no guarantee at all. Again no apology. The towels were low grade. The net day. I found the sheets were only half on the bed! The a.m. person was very friendly and worked really hard to keep the breakfast food filled. I will say the room was clean.

The staff was often missing at the front desk. It took three calls to reach someone at the Inn when calling from the road. I would consider 2 to 3 blocks as "near." The Comfort Inn was more like a mile away. This facility was clean comfortable but badly in need of updating.

not enough staff...the front desk was often not covered....phone calls not answered and no voice mail option....great bed, clean and quiet

had a wedding in town, hotel was good location and continental breakfast was good

for the price of the night there could have had a better experience

Staff did not speak English very well . The pool area is very very outdated and had black stuff through out the hot tub was missing all the parts to the jets so the water just shot every where It was all very un clean . The room was very sparse nothing on the walls It appeared to be clean the bedding was nice . the only ice machine was on the first floor the breakfast was horrible . would not stay there again . it says they are in downtown no where near close

First of all it is not Downtown , nor near the lake . It took three people to check us in . It is nothing like the pictures that are displayed . It is very outdated and dirty the pool area was scary , black stuff in the pool and hot tub . hot tub jets are missing it shoots water every where when turned on . The room was very sparce no functional seating other than the beds the arm chair was crammed between the bed and heater . the mini frige made bad noise kept us awake over all old and out dated . Would not stay there again.

Hotel staff was very helpful finding a good place to eat

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. Very close to down town and exits. I would stay their on my next trip to Coeur d Alene. The rate was very good compared to other hotels in the area though a older hotel it had everything we needed.

First of all they advertise a microwave and refrigerator in every room. There was not a microwave in our room and the bath towels were wet when we entered the room. The bed was about as hard as if you were sleeping on the floor. Over all the room was average an looked like it was kind of thrown together the furniture in the room did not even match or remotely go together.

The hotel was located in a central area which was nice. The kids played in the pool for hours. The hot tub was extremely loud though, the water was coming in with too much pressure and the water was dirty.

We went around the block 3 times trying to find the barely visible driveway (look for the IHOP). Very adequate for use when visiting relatives. - I can't believe someone tried to syphon gas from my car!

The setting is terrible! Nieborhood and location was terrible! For the money I spent here I should have had a much better experience.

Stay was ok, thougt it would be a little nicer for the money.
