When you’re ready for a break from the Florida sun, the welcome interior of this two-story condo provides the perfect respite. The beach theme continues throughout the home, ensuring it’s never far from your mind or memory. An open floor plan on the main level blends one room seamlessly to the next to create a space for togetherness and entertainment. A cozy living room provides ample sofa and seating options as well as a large smart TV. Enjoy an afternoon nap in the air conditioning or gather your group together for an immersive movie night. Access to the balcony is right outside the sliding glass door, where you’ll find a peaceful place to enjoy a glass of wine.

Back inside, a dining room table with seating for 6 opens into the kitchen, where all your needs are met with standard appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and cookware.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms, both located on the second level.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.

The home also includes 2 additional bathrooms – 1 full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, and 1 half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• There are stairs up to the unit outside and stairs inside the unit.
• This condo offers communal, coin-operated laundry facilities.
• This home offers dedicated parking for up to 2 vehicles (1 covered and 1 non-covered), however more parking space can be opened based on availability. If you anticipate needing more than 2 parking spaces, please contact Grand Welcome of Space Coast, FL.
• Parking passes are required and are provided in the home free of charge. Please be sure to leave Parking Passes behind before your departure.
• This condo is a 2nd Floor unit with both indoor and outdoor stairs. Please be aware that there is no elevator available.
• Please note that due to condominium complex requirements, Pest Control will need to enter the property on the second Tuesday of every month. If for medical reasons this is not acceptable to guests, please contact Grand Welcome of Space Coast at the time of booking so that alternate arrangements can be made for your stay.
• No smoking, vaping or marijuana use (including for medical use) - you will be fined $500 plus mitigation.
• No pets - you will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
• No parties or gatherings.
• Please obey max occupancy at all times.
