The property decor was very nice & Clean. The Pool and Gym were very clean. With updated equipment. The cleanliness of the room was awesome!
The spa tub actually worked and had decent jets. Very relaxing!

Stayed 2 nights. One day we only had 1 cup for coffee. Disappointed that for the price, there was no free breakfast. The room was clean and very comfortable.
My room smelled of 2nd hand smoke. It was very acrid. The furniture reeked. I did not sleep well. The bedding reeked as well. I reported it to the front desk. My accommodations for the night were not satisfying. Hopefully this was fluke..

We stayed here over night to attend a funeral. While we entered the lobby Barabara welcomed us and was one of the best front desk clerks we have met in years. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is new and very clean. Room was very nice and just off Highway 30. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice. Clean and modern, and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, it is in the middle of nowhere. we were visiting friends who live in the country, so it was perfect for our needs, but I can't imagine with at the attraction is for the business or vacationing traveler.
Value was the selling point for this hotel. Although it was a few more minutes down the road from Amish Country, we stayed at a really nice hotel for less than the cut-rate hotels nearer Lancaster. The furnishings were beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the room was very convenient for a business traveler, and the wi-fi was free. If only it had free breakfast, it would have been perfect. Incidentally, we stayed at a property owned by the same parent company just a few days later that charged three times as much with fewer amenities. We wished we could have come back to Coatesville!
