Sort of underwhelmed by this hotel. The sheets/blankets/towels had stains on them, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and lumpy, the bathroom floor had hair all over it when we checked in and the shower drain was clogged from the first time we used it. When I went to get new towels after we got in from an event, the front desk clerk seemed annoyed (and was in his pajamas) which was uncomfortable.

This location was simply beautiful well-kept clean and very friendly a beautiful place to stay.
Pool was dirty and customer service was horrible. No one at front desk when needed and if you did needed bedding when you called down you had to go get it yourself.
Newer well kept clean property. Easy access to HWY 29.
Ice machine not working on our floor. No microwave in rm. Otherwise all good.. friendly staff....pool and whirlpool excellent.

Overall, I have no complaints. The room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical continental style and the "make your own" waffle station produced some great waffles. In addition, it was kept clean. Breakfast was fresh. Snow and ice was significant outside, but the staff was quick to keep floors and parking lots clean. Great job!
