The hotel was very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was a non-smoking room, but obviously someone had been in the room before us who was a smoker. I don;t think this is the fault of the hotel or the staff and I'm not sure what they could have done to air the room out better.
We were not aware that there was not an elevator. The pool was not open. Otherwise nice place
The pool was not up and running ! That was a big disappointment as I checked online before we went and was listed as being ready by the 31st. We were not happy about it !

ROOM WAS OVERSIZED. WHICH WAS A PLUS. SATELLITE TV WENT OUT, SECOND NIGHT.. AIR CONDITIONER (SOUNDS) WAS ANNOYING. COMPLETE BREAKFAST ; WOULD HAVE PREFERRED WAFFLE MAKER TO PANCAKE MAKER. COULD NOT IDENTIFY BACON. MONDAY MORNING...WENT TO CRACKER BARREL. BECAUSE OF SARATOGA, ONE OF THE CHEAPEST PLACES AROUND. SHOPPING AND DINING LOCATION, TERRIFIC.
Just a quick overnight stay. Not crazy special looking from the outside, but inside is neat and clean. Felt like new sheets, clean carpeting, room smelled clean when we arrived. Breakfast was very good for being included... Made to order pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, juice & coffee. Clean bright lobby. Surprisingly beautiful pool area, sad we didn't bring our suits!
Arrived after 11pm for the night we got there and the staff was very helpfull. Room was clean and comfy. Pool and hottub was nice. Breakfast that was provided was freash and had variety.
