Everything was perfect. I'd definitely stay there again.

Clean, modern, nice spacious rooms, staff very please and energetic. Have not complain at all! Convenience free breakfast especially when travel with the Fam I definitely recommen this one to everyone and will stay there in the future.

The hotel is under renovation.our room was newly renovated so everything was new and clean.

The hotel was close to Medieval Times and the stay was nice. The bathroom door was a little damaged and the towels aren't located in the actual pool area. You have to get them from the front desk, but overall a good hotel and would come back again.

When I first arrived, I was dismayed and upset at the makeshift entrance at the back of the hotel due to ongoing construction and renovation. It was about 15 mins before a staff member could locate a luggage cart for me, which I then had to push up ramp while simultaneously trying to open the entrance door. Halfway thru my 5-nite stay, the CBS TV channel stopped working (they only offered cheapo basic cable) I didn't report it because I kept thinking it would be only a temporary situation, but on departure, I mentioned it and was told "oh, it probably needed to be reset" - like I knew. Also, the toilet didn't flush well (I told front desk on departure and just got a shrug). On checkout, I was told my receipt would be e-mailed to me. STILL WAITING 9 DAYS AFTER CHECKOUT. Pros: The location was good as I needed to have easy access both to Bloomfield, NJ and to NYC. The hotel is close to several shopping centers (the Clifton Commons is virtually next door) with an abundance of stores and restaurants. The room itself, one of the newly renovated rooms, was quite pleasant. Plenty of large, soft towels, enough outlets for charging. The continental breakfast was fine and abundant: coffee, tea, toast, bagels, hot and cold cereal, waffles, fresh fruit, muffins, real milk (not the fake creamers), yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, etc. Staff so-so.

This hotel is a construction zone. lobby closed and cardboard signs around the building direct you to the check in entrance -- when they are not blown over. the smell of paint is thick in the air. The clerk at the desk, when i finally found it, called me "sweetheart", "darling" and "love" all in his initial greeting.

Run down hotel. Shop vac in room when I checked in. Shower did not work (although was quickly repaired). Printer not working on lobby. Dogs barking in room close to mine. Walls very thin so heard neighbors as if in my room.

Just a quick trip to take care of personal business.

Wonderful stay! Especially liked the bus into the city so that we did not have to drive.

stayed here for WrestleMania weekend and this trip was spectacular. Aside from the events themselves, the hotel was great and extremely convenient to malls, the meadowlands, the stadium, and restaurants.

We have stayed at this hotel before. Although it is just an ordinary hotel--clean and perfectly adequate-- it is in a great location for quick, inexpensive bus trips into New York City. It's on Highway 3, not far from the Lincoln Tunnel park and ride. Unfortunately, it was cold this time. The heater in the room ran constantly, but the draft created by the unit was chilly and the covers were lightweight microfiber quilts, not blankets. Eventually, we took the covers from the second bed and piled them over those on our bed, and this kept us warm. Especially after we piled all the extra pillows in front of the "heating" unit.

Was surprised they're not expected to be so pleasant everything was perfect

nothing special, just a regular hotel to spend a night

Nothing fancy. You get what you pay for. Don't expect the pillow-top mattress to be soft. It's very firm.

Stayed 4 nights while visiting daughter at West Point. Flew from Denver to Newark, and the hotel is only 20 minutes from the airport. Also close to MetLife stadium if you go out to NJ for a game (Superbowl???) Rooms were comfortable and large. Clean. Good value for the price. Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable about the area. Continental breakfast was dreadful.

We stayed for a night because we were seeing a concert at metlife stadium. Hotel it right on route 3 as is the stadium. Less than 10 minutes away. Check in was easy. Finding our room, not so easy. Elevators are slow or non working. The layout of the hotel is confusing, so you need to make sure you get the right elevator. The room was nice, beds comfortable, nice tv. We needed extra pillows which were promptly brought. In the morning around 10,my kids went to go get breakfast. It had already been taken away. Cleanliness was pretty good, although the tub ran slow. La Quinta does allow pets. So we were woken up by a dog yapping around 830 am. We were busy so never got a chance to use the pool although I did peek in and I thought it looked nice. Pretty good place for a short stay.

Had a good experience. . Breakfast was ok.. Beds were a little to small. The pool was great.. my kids liked being in it...Staff was very nice.

There were other guests who were really loud and disruptive, but the staff was quick to respond. I love the free breakfast, though it was lacking in actual breakfast meat (it was just eggs and waffles, pretty much). Other than that pretty good.

It was a good hotel , with good staff, location, amenities. Need improvement in Room confort and cleanliness. overall good overnite stay
