I stayed with the hotel for the 3rd time and it's never been great but always ok. I stayed for convenience, the rooms are small, not modern but ok. But what made me write this review is their service. I ordered in the restaurant, I just wanted sthg small. The daily dish had fish with asparagus, I have only asked for the asparagus. They have charged me the price of the whole dish. I contested and I've been told I would have received much more asparagus and that anyway I wouldn't need to worry because I wouldn't be the one paying: "But it's your company paying, you don't care" I cannot believe it. I have complained to the front desk which still charged me the full 19€ for check out. I got a card in my room that they heard I want very happy but that's it. Nothing else. Never again!
I stayed overnight here. The room was good and being on the top floor kept me away from the noise. The main issue that I had was that they had bus loads of tourists there at the same time ... not an issue ... it is a hotel. But at breakfast time it appears that they had a "minimal" breakfast laid out for the bus load of tourists but failed to tell me that when I went downstairs. Midway trough a very minimalist breakfast ... with nowhere to sit ... I was told that my breakfast was served on the first floor. Hmmmm ... why could I have not been told earlier. Also ... having multiple buses parked outside the hotel on a narrow road with dozens of people standing at the entrance smoking ... just did not make it pleasant.
Hotel mainly for business trip if no other choice, facilities ok, breakfast ok, beds are comfortable, bathroom is really basic, hotel not charming, not fancy, terrible location, neighborhood not welcoming at all, metro line number 13 is the worst in Paris and finally be prepared to hear car horns starting 6 AM. Only if no other option.
Had a short stay at this place and honestly chose it for the relative lower price in comparison to other hotels in the same period. Please do not trust the images you see online as you will not be getting a panorama as everywhere you look will be either rubish left by migrant families that have settled at the hotel's corner or construction sites, not the Hotel's fault but they cannot be overlooked. Very noisy most of the times, poor quality and overpriced breakfast. Staff is very polite but very untrained and unqualified. It seems that everyone would like to be off service but none of the staff knows what they are actually doing. Personally, I would not reccomend this place to anyone! In this case you do get what you pay for.
I would not go again. The room was poor quality for the price, and the breakfast was quite bad. Location isn't that great either (just there for work). It is not the best area of town, so I'm not expecting much, but still for a 'business' hotel it could have been much better.
Very noise rooms due to a construction in progress just in front the building and the other side they have an freeway running all day long. I arrived and a leak star in the sink I have to put up a technician for two hour fixing the leak and the personal dont want to change me the room for another. so poor attention
Do not expect a fancy or lovely stay. Basic parisian hotel not in Paris but very close. Very noisy area, I highly recommend to ask a room with patio view (there is no view from this hotel it is impossible) and far from the lift. Room are small functional and simple. Do not expect fancy stuff.
Very nice staff, we met Alina at the front desk who was very helpful, always smiling! Also in the restaurant we met the manager who advised us about places to see in Paris and helped us with some small requests. The hotel looks nice, close to the metro station, I hope next time there will not be anymore construction sites around there.
Hotel is clean, well maintained with all basic things you need. City center can be easy reached by metro or take a taxi (price is around 15eur to Eifel). Brakfast is good but always the same. Stuff is helpful and pleasant ... only hotel should invest in some small details to be 4* .
Awesome hospitality from the hotel. Nice clean and maintained rooms. Very polite and supportive staff. Very good location in outskirts of Paris just near the highway. Very good meal and nice gym. Enjoyed my stay here.
