Radisson Hotel Cleveland Gateway

The beds we're comfortable. The bottle of lotion on the bathroom counter was half full, otherwise everything else seemed clean. Staff was very nice, replaced the lotion for each of us.

The hotel is well situated to visit Cleveland, but not fancy at all. It was what we needed for our gateway weekend. A place to sleep, nothing more. No noise during the night. I would recommand it for people who need to be downtown and don't hope to have a really nice and renovated hotel room.

Convenient to walk to and from concert! Clean, staff very friendly.

Did ask for a complimentary breakfast due to the loud elevator that our rm (315) was near and a water drip all night but was turned down :-(

Location, location, location...if going to the Tribe or Cavs game your right there. Besides that this place is run down, needs renovated...feels like your at a Red Roof Inn

The place stunk so bad with outdoor sewer smell. Gave me and my daughter headache.

Got in late. Sink dry but faucet dripped all night after one use. Noisy. Room showed a fair amount of wear. Toilet in awkward place in the bathroom. On the positive side, the bed/pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet food was very good.

Good experience. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was very courteous.

Great place to stay...close to everything! Rooms were perfect, staff was excellent. Will stay again!

Within easy walking distance to Indians and Cavaliers stadiums. Room could have been a little cleaner. Several of the vending machines weren't working. But was close to restaurants and was a great price for the area.

Excellent location in downtown Cleveland. Staff was very responsive and friendly. Had a problem with the housekeeping but it was resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Carpet was worn. The TVs in the exercise room need repairing.

I didn't have hot water in the evening nor in the morning for a shower. The staff acted like they could have cared less, or perhaps didn't even believe me. Before you stay, ask for a promise of the basics like hot water, or what they will do if they cannot provide these things

The hotel and staff were very nice. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was perfect for the weekend and the Cavs game.

We like this hotel, well worth for the money spent

This was a nice hotel in town close to many attractions including progressive field. There is also shops and dinning in the area. The hotel was reasonably priced. I would recommend this to others in the area.

great location- very friendly and professional staff, very comfortable room, convenient to university area and major attractions. Had a great stay.

This hotel location in Cleveland was perfect for us. We needed a 1 night stay for daughter drop off to college. The rooms were amazingly comfortable, the bed and linens were luxurious, location across from the Quicken Loans arena was a perfect venue. The front door staff was polite and the valet staff was courteous and gracious and everyone was professional. Definite stay there again and also for getaway to Cleveland!!

Great location. Staff was great. Bathrooms could be a little bigger.

So we booked this trip last minute before the 4th. The bathroom was the size of a small closet. We could barely close and open the door. We were supposed to have WiFi, but we nor the staff could get it to work. The building is old, so of course the elevator is old too. Overall it was decent.
