Hotel under renovation but the rooms that are done are very, very nice. A/C did not work in the room and that made it almost impossible to sleep as the windows did not open.

I gave 3 stars because the room itself was very nice. For the most part the rest was a construction zone so its hard to rate it any higher. No vending machines to get late night hydration. The breakfast room and offices were set up in temporary spaces, no fitness center. The parking was horrible the one night I came back to zero spaces and I was directed to a neighboring business lot that was clearly posted as a no overnight parking lot. On the whole the staff seem uninformed about their own community. The were unable to direct me to a conveince store in the area. Perhaps they are tired of being in a construction zone but it is not what I've come to expected from a La Quinta.

We stayed here with our puppy. The hotel and especially the yard around it are in a state with the ongoing renovations, so 3/5 is the highest I can go. I did bump it up because the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is good. We had a newly renovated pet friendly room, and the room itself was small but lovely. We could not hear the trains indoors.

Had a minor problem parking close to entrance but do understand that not everyone can secure "the front spot." Overal I'd rate my stay 8.5 out of 10.

Heat was off when we arrived and it was 8' outside so the room was very cold. It took awhile to warm up.

this is the second la quinta we have stayed one. their cleanliness seems to be consistent throughout the states. we absolutely LOVE the beds! the hotel is very nice, clean, provides a fridge and microwave, which helped with having a 7 month old. we just absolutely love these hotels! the staff was very accommodating. we did however have a super bizarre experience with one staff member...i went down to the snack bar with my 7 month old and one staff member came over and was super close to us the whole time. she touched my sons hands and "got his nose"... that was enough to make me uncomfortable..but then an hour later i called down for sheets and the same lady came up an hour later. i met her at the door, said thank you, and took the sheets. she heard my son in the room and barged past me into our room. she walked all the way into our room to the end of our bed, where my husband was laying, and my son was sitting. when she knocked on the door, i was getting a show put on my laptop for my son..she proceeded to say, "you have to turn the laptop around so he can see it!" and TURNED my laptop around for him". she was SO about of line to come into our room uninvited, go over RIGHT next to my family on the bed AND THEN touch MY laptop. she finally went to walk out and says, "i was just trying to entertain him!" it took everything in me to not make sarcastic remarks to her. we were SO uncomfortable. she just clearly doesn't know boundaries. i spoke with a manager when we checked out.

Went above and beyond....had early flight and the staff still had breakfast ready for us despite it not being scheduled until 7:00 am. They even had shuttle ready for us as soon as we finished our breakfast! Just wonderful service indeed!

A pleasant one-evening stay before catching my flight the next morning. The 4:30 a.m. shuttle to the airport left promptly on time.

very convenient hotel. only about 10-15 minutes from downtown and very close to the highway. the gym wasn't available, which was a big disappointment, np but we were able to run the stairs and that was ok.

This is a very good hotel for the price. The room was comfortable although the bathroom could have been a tad bit cleaner. The staff was really friendly and made sure to cater to your needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheap but good place to stay for a night.

Hotel was very clean. Only complaint was that the towels were thin and scratchy.

When we arrived the lobby smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. It turns out the hotel is not yet smoke free, although the desk clerks said the plan to become smoke free. I should have left and found another hotel, but it was late and I had a full day of classes the next day. The first night wasn't too bad, but the second night the lobby and hallway both reeked so badly of cigarette smoke I couldn't leave my room. I asked for a air cleaner to be brought to the room, but I was told they could only put one in the hallway outside the door, which they did. But I still felt quite trapped in my room to avoid the smoke. The second night was also very loud. The room above me woke up at 2:30 in the morning. Apparently a rather sizable group of people left the hotel a little after 3:00 am and I could hear them moving in rooms around me and in the hallway. At 4:00 a room near me began play a song from the Lion King loud enough for me to hear every word of the song. This was my first ever poor experience in a La Quinta. I love that the chain accepts dogs without question. And every other place I've stayed (and I've stayed at several now) have been very clean, very friendly, very quiet. I would still recommend the La Quinta chain, I would just steer people away from this specific location.

If you want food, you'll have to drive into town or take the train. Otherwise, there's very over priced room service run by an outside company. But still, great value, very cozy rooms.

Average hotel. No protein choices at breakfast (no eggs, meats of any kind). OK if you're just looking for a place to crash for the night.

Perfect. Most comfortable hotel bed EVER. We had a blast. Staff was great.

walk right across the parking lot to the red line. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was crowded due to a poor layout, but it was a fine continental.

it'll be nice once the renovations are complete

We stayed here with our puppy. The hotel and especially the yard around it are in a state with the ongoing renovations, so 3/5 is the highest I can go. clean and efficient

amazing stay, incredible beds, one bizarre lady
