I absolutely hated the hybrid A/C. My daughter's and I woke up both nights with matted hair. The gym is dated. I did not sharing the elevator with housekeeping. There were times when it was just difficult to get on and off the elevator.

Very clean, friendly staff and helpful! We needed to change some of our arrangements and the fellow at the desk made it happen prior to our check-in. Good experience.

Just wished hotel would have been willing to give a group rate for our 53 rd clas reunion

Hotel was fine, property typical of Holiday Inn Express. There was a reception from 5:30 to 7:00 pm that featured free food and beverages that was welcome and satisfying. The trouble with this whole picture is the location of the hotel on a busy truck route. Loud trucks all night long hampered a full night's sleep.

While it was only one night stay, we took advantage of everthing they offered for the room. It was clean with plenty of towels. The cost of the room was ok, im always looking to save money, for this room it was a fair trade. The only 2 down sides were 3 abandoned vehicles in the the back of the motel with flat tires and weeds growing up from the ground into them telling me they have been there for a ling time. The back entrance security door would not open with the room key, staff said it had been broke for a long time. A bit of maintenance will go a long way. Other wise the stay was great, all the staff was polite ad kind. I will stay again if in Cleveland Mississippi.

We went to Mississippi for xmas break. We had a great time and after a very long drive and family festivities it was nice to come back to a comfortable.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times over the years. Seems like the owner has let things run down. Some wall paper is coming off the wall and the luggage carts were broken. The staff was excellent and breakfast was great as usual. I know they are doing some remodeling but I feel they have let the whole place run down. Might be staying at the Hampton Inn next time.

The shower curtain wasn't very clean, but the staff should be given an A+ for friendliness and customer service.

Had to go to a family reunion had a great time. Thanks

The hotel was completely booked (as were all other hotels in Cleveland) for a swim meet, but the staff made me feel like I was the only customer they had. They went out of their way to greet every guest with a smile and to actually ask if there was anything they could do to make our stays more pleasant...and they actually followed through. I requested something that the night clerk took care of for me right away. She went above and beyond what most staff would do. I tried repeatedly to give her a tip and she kept refusing...with a smile...and stated, "Thank you, but is my job. I'm glad to do it. I cannot take your money for doing my job." I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay in a number of five star hotels. While the facilities may have been a bit fancier...this small hotel in the middle of rural MS has a staff that provides customer service that rivals that of the finest luxury hotels.

several helpful amenities: fridge, microwave, ex. rm., business ctr where I checked email and printed docs. Clean, comfortable room and pleasant staff. Nice variety at breakfast - both hot [biscuits & gravy, sausage & eggs, cinnamon rolls] and cold [yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, bananas...].

I stay at this hotel frequently when i travel to school at Delta State. (I am an online student who is required to visit campus ea semester.) It is very clean hotel, fairly close to school and generally a pleasant place to stay. Comfort Inn across the street is not as nice, but will save some $ if you're on a budget. No problems encountered at Holiday Inn Express.

Went to visit my girlfriend who is training to become a teacher with Teach for America. The room service absolutely sucked. We continuously had to ask for towels and sheets. When we called down to the front desk requesting sheets the receptionist asked us if we were coming down to the front desk to get them!! On top of that the sheets were dropped off and we had to change them ourselves!

I was there for Delta State University's homecoming. The hotel could have been a little cleaner. It was nice and the location is good.

The Fitness Center is a mess. Only one of five cardo pieces of equipment worked. The weight machine was also out of order.

I had to get a last minute hotel room due to a death in the family. All the other hotels were booked. I had my children with me 2months and 11years I hoped this hotel was clean and it met all of my expectations.
