The staff there and facility there are pretty nice. But the room there is a little bit cold in the coldest time in winter.

Was a quick night for me but affordable. The room was Clean and quite.

Buenos empleados Buen servicio Habitación cómoda Desayuno regular Bonito hotel

Short stay. Checked in late and left early. Given special needs room, although not required. No problems.

My family and I really enjoy this hotel. Staff are welcoming, helpful and extremely friendly. They are attentive to your needs and truly make a family in need of an extended stay feel cozy, comfortable and at home! Highly recommended hotel facility!

I was given the corner single bed room towards the end of the corridor when you go up the stairs to your left in the reception building. Never mind the moldy odor, deodorant to hide the smell of smoke, the molds in the bath tub, clogged drain, among others. What I disliked most in my stay was being given a room that has obviously just been used by a previous guest. The pillow still had the impression of the previous guest head on it; it was stained yellow along the outline of the head and neck and the bed sheet was crumpled with hair and dead skin on it. The staff member whom I approached was not helpful and accommodating of my complaint. I had to go to another hotel because I could not refund it having paid in Orbucks. Or maybe this was the problem?

Was checked into a room with no shower curtain. Found out when about to take a shower. When informed reception only option given was to repack and change the room. Refused to get one from an empty room and being it over.

The room was so heavily filled with some type of odorizer to try and cover up the smell of cigarette smoke that it was awful. The carpets were in desperate need of cleaning. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Pool was closed, no Wifi available (may not have been a hotel issue, manager told us it was an area wide issue). However, still disappointing.

remodeling made the lobby and breakfast area uninviting would prefer cleaning staff in uniforms - we still do not know if woman who came to door in morning was "real" cleaning person or not? seemed weird

Spent 2 nights at hotel and was pleasantly surprised that it was close to many good eating establishments. Had small issue with first room concerning a missing TV remote. Staff quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Older hotel but it was clean and pleasant.

There was a cheaper, nicer hotel right next door. It would've saved me over $100 on my trip, but because they don't pay Orbitz, it didn't show up on my search. It would have been worth taking the time to call a couple hotels myself. Lesson learned.

peaceful area restaurants nearby movie theater stores and convenient to airport

Remembering the bad parts: when I finally studied the closing bill, the price was higher than quoted by Orbitz. The breakfast was minimal: cereal or oatmeal, waffle, coffee, juice, toast. Sometimes there were fresh apples or bananas. Napkins usually had to be gotten from the men's toilet next door. The table tops were usually sticky. One time there was real butter, usually it was fake. For my 8-day stay, I had to go to the office 4 times to have staff re-activate my room key. On the good side, there was ample parking and it is close to shopping and a freeway, I-71. It is not too close to the airport, so plane noise is minimal.

If you are looking for a basic hotel for a night or two, this is a good choice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room I had was a King room. It had a refrigerator and a microwave at no extra charge, which was nice. It wasn't the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, but it was acceptable. The best part of the room was my bed!! Very very comfortable!

1 inch gap in door room never warmed on sub freezing day. Phone could not call out. Had to use cell phones for extra pillows and never received. Blankets had holes. Garbage behind furniture.

Extremely disappointed to find a hard plastic sign that essentially said bed sheet would not be changed, would be reused. When you arrive tired and late you do not want to get into a hassel over bed sheets. I BELEIVE ORBITZ SHOULD INCLUDE IN THEIR DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMODATIONS THE MESSAGE THAT BED SHEET ARE NOT CHANGED. I actually believe a financial adjustment should be made to me. I am hesitant to use ORBITZ again.

First day went to the office told them the room not cleaned that day." Oh so sorry" 2 ND day came back at 5:30pm was still not done. Unacceptable!!!!! )

Refrigerator not working. Toilet clogged first time used. Chain fell off the inner workings of toilet. Couldn't turn shower off successfully...water came out faucet for 5 minutes after turning off. Continental breakfast was handy, had to ask staff to come put out plates and more food, maple syrup. Front desk person had to run both desk and kitchen. Second day we knew our room fridge either had not been adequately fixed or replaced as promised. Loud partying people outside kept us up second night. Motel probably couldn't fix that.

2 night stay- no problems Good value-convenient to Cleveland
