It was OK, but not up to its rating in Orbitz. Tiles in bath were cracked and grout was coming up. A/C was too loud; had to turn it off to sleep. Front door was under construction so not even labeled.
Filthy hallways, carpeting. Bathroom disgusting with black and broken grout and burn marks on toilet seat and counter. No outlet anywhere near bed for charging.
upon approaching the property it looked like it had been hit by a tornado, roof had some covering, not shingles, construction fence around entrance, cones at various places. Understand at check in that property undergoing improvements- long way to go. wish I had known that going in. interior, clearly "tired" morning breakfast meger , went elsewhere. won't go back there.
I have now stayed here twice in the past few months, once for a week and once for 5 days. It is clean, friendly, and pleasant. The exterior work is not disruptive, and the staff are accommodating and helpful. Nothing fancy, but clean, friendly, and comfortable. I do wish that they did not change the towels and toiletries each day - I'd prefer more eco-awareness. Otherwise, no complaints!
We needed just a place to sleep for the night on our road trip home. The room was an old suite, with couches that had major stains on them. In the bathroom, it smelled like cigarette smoke was coming through the vents. The bed was uncomfortable and every time there was movement, you could hear the metal springs. We tried to leave to another hotel, but everything was sold out in that area. Everything!
The sign on the front door of the hotel said face masks are required but once we entered nobody was wearing them. Four people at the front office sat at the table with no masks. Two employees who greeted us had no face masks. Very disappointing.
Nice room fair price great service. Breakfast really good plenty of variety
I liked the friendliness of the staff and the facility. I did not like the breakfast choice.
Our stay was comfortable and breakfast was fine but not excellent. The facility was was beginning to show signs of wear and tear. Staff was helpful
Staff responsible from breakfast was awesome and quality of food was good. Area was clean and plenty of food
The pool and the Breakfast were a good option to have! The property in itself is old. Our toilet would move every time we sat on it and then again when you would get up. There were definite signs of major wear and tear in the bathroom. We were asked if we would be enjoying the pool during our stay and I said yes. Our room was literally right next to the pool which is open until 11 pm on a weekday. Thank goodness I brought a sound machine to drown out guests in the pool until 10:45 for our 5 year old and 2 month old. The staff was nice and courteous!
The lobby with the fireplace and book shelf with books available to read and use while staying there. That was very unique! The swimming pool was very noisy to rooms nearby on the 1st or 2nd floor and as kids were playing in the pool, you could hear them shouting. The 3rd floor rooms did not seem to have that problem though. The free breakfast was okay, but didn't have as big of selection as we like. Overall though it was a very nice hotel and VERY convenient to the i-90 and i-80 corridors!! We would probably stay there again.
Location is great - easy access to highway and area restaurants.

John, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us some feedback. The property is currently under much needed renovations which will be completed by the end of the year. We were hoping to be further along at this point, but we were faced with many delays from unforeseen circumstances such as delivery of material, but we are working diligently to get is completed as quickly as possible. We do have is posted on all the websites stating we are under renovation as to give people a heads up beforehand. Melanie, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us some feedback regarding your stay. Thank you for being understanding of our current renovations, they will be completed by the end of the year. Typically, if a towel is left hanging up, they will be left in the room and only the towels placed on the floor will be removed but I will definitely talk it over with the housekeeping supervisor. We hope to see you again when you stop back in our area.

Thank you for your recent stay at our hotel. We do have a sign stating that face masks are required and we do remind guest that they are required in public spaces. We will try do a better job of making sure that they have them on while sitting in our public areas. Our employees will be reminded as well, even though they are behind a plastic shield. Sometimes we do have to lower our mask when talking behind the shield, so the guest can comprehend what we are saying. We do ask all of our employees to have face masks on when around other guests and associates.
