Stayed at the motel for the Republican National Convention. Only reasonable priced room near Cleveland. Close to expressway made it convenient to volunteer at the Q

The floors where dirty and we had to keep our socks on the 3 days we were there. They only gave us new towels after I requested them on our third day. Housekeeping never came in and made beds or even emptied the trash. Our one bedside light bulb was blown, which I believe should've been noticed prior to our arrival. Bathroom tub/shower was definitely old and could use a good scrubbing or remodel. The plus side is the mini fridge and microwave. Very convenient location, sandwiched in between 7-11 and McDonalds, also right by I90. You definitely get what you pay for, I just wish I had more positive things to say.

The room was clean. Refrigerator Microwave, Flat screen right near restaurants and mall. My only complaint was that the pool wasn't open anc they had no clue when it would reopen. Alot of creepy people hanging around

room could have been aired out a little more and bed was a little too soft other than that no complaints

It was awesome! Great room for the price! Close to restaurants, interstate, and shopping malls. Staff was very friendly.

Ok Hotel, was nice people at the front desk, no breakfast, nothing great just good place to stay for a couple of days.

The hotel was nice and cozy. Plenty of linens. The bed was cushy and comfy. Very quiet. Right behind a McDonald's. The cable tv and microwave and mini fridge was an excellent accommodation. The only complaint I have is that the tvs are all outdated there wasn't a hookup for dvd player so we were stuck watching basic cable the whole time and also no clock in the room.

checked in and immediately found bedbugs. unacceptable.

As soon as we opened the door a huge smell of smoke overcame us from our nonsmoking rooms. Then right on the wall we see 2 large bed bugs! Upon further inspection we find many larvae and other adult bed bugs in the beds. Needless to say we did not stay here and got a refund from the travel agent.

It was good overall except smoking room stinks a bit.

Easy access off I-90. Staff polite and courteous. Room very clean; it is obvious that the owners are trying to improve their facility. Would recommend as a good room for budget travel.

My employees come from out of town and they stay at the hotel. The location is good because the highway is right there and you are literally 3 minutes from Mentor where there is lots of shopping and restaurants.

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt when I booked. I got there and checked in, went to my room and checked around just like I do in any hotel I go to. I noticed a smell in the room and black spots all over the bed sheets. I called the front desk to notify them about the spots and they saent two guys to my room and they said those are cigarette burns, I asked for a non smoking room. The people at the front desk told me if I wanted new sheets to come get them and put them on myself. I told them I wanted another room and they said NO. I called orb to help me deal with the problem and the CSR was very nice he got the hotel manager on the phone 3-way and the manager and I started arguing. The outcome of the call was a refund. The hotel manager/owner is very very rude and does not appreciate the business he receives. He does not deserve to be in that business let alone deserve our money. I will never reccomend this place to anyone.

Decent motel right off the highway. The room was comfortable enough and had the essentials. Our one complaint was that the room was a non-smoking room (and marked as such on the door) but when we walked in the room had a strong smell of smoke in it, probably from the previous guests. I don't know if it makes sense to completely blame the motel for non-compliant t guests but I was still not pleased with that.

It was very reason priced & very convenient to whereI wanted to go.

I started driving on Thursday May 17th and finished my last leg until Sunday May 17th.stayed at from Thursday,May 15th until Sunday May, 18th and had traveled over 1200 miles. I had reserved and purchased all of my motel/hotel online. My price point was between 40 and 60 and had no interest in certain chains given their policies, etc. All were small business owners and it was nice to see I could get something reasonable - a King bed, cable, full bath, table, and a wake up call. Oh and a place to park my truck that felt safe. It's unfortunate you asked me to review this one as apposed to a locally owned one I had stayed in nights prior. 1. the tub was dirty 2. the drain in the tub was dirty and seemed to have a build up of mold or soap scum 4. the heating/cooling system did not work well to the point of where opening the; door was the only only short term solution 5.the table in the room was not balanced and I 6. there was feces on the molding board around the door and near the toilet paper holder - I cleaned and brought the dirty rags to the office 7. I asked for a wake up call and there wasn't one 8. the new shift gent with whom I spoke to in the morning was kurt - and he told me I had to pay? I told him I already did online - and I told him about the feces. 9. the house keeper tried to come in the door and that pretty much was the icing on the keep Oh and the complimentary coffee but no SUGAR? Why can't the just pick some up - I went over to McDonalds' to get some - so sad [ i THE FUNNY thing is I wasn't yelling, I wasn't asking for a FULL REFUND - but asking for an acknoledgemeny that America's Best Value Inn - WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE - just to say I am sorry - really wasn't enough - I will never go back.

the floor needed mopped, the bed wasnt made correctly, the heat didnt work and it was very cold inside the room and outside, had to ask for 4 extra blankets i wouldnt give them my money again

SOMETIMES THE DEMEANOR OF THE FRONT DESK ATTENDENT WILL INDICATE THE TYPE OF ROOM U GET. MAYBE THEY HAD CLEANER ROOMS?? MAYBE THEY DIDN'T?? BUT THE FACIAL EXPRESSION OF THE AGENT WHEN U TELL THEM U BOOKED ONLINE CHANGES AS WELL AS WHEN THEY SEE THE RATE IN THE COMPUTER. BOOK WITH CAUTION!

Overall, it's not very clean (it was acceptable considering the price), but the shower curtain was way too dirty with a lot of molds and it definitely needs to be changed to new one.

I have stayed at this hotel many times because of the price and only the price. I dont expect anything great, but its always been clean. I check in and get my room, I go to the room and open the door and the smell hits me like a brick wall. I almost threw up. I went back to the front desk and got another room, but if they called that clean and ready for the next guest then I would hate to have seen it dirty. I realize now that I will spend a few more $$ to go down the street to a different hotel. Also, most of the other people staying there were weekly and monthly rentals. They had grills outside, "patio" furniture outside their rooms, just not a nice place to stay and relax.
