This property has history, you can tell, but it is very clean and well kept. The pool area was very nice, parking was convenient and it was close to lots of things to do.

Advertise showed room overlooking water in a tower. I was given a room across the street in a two story motel atmosphere that reminds me of a run down motel 6. Very disappointed for the price price. Room Very old and outdated
Solid hotel for the price. Could stand to get a better shower head and temperature regulator. Mine was overdue for replacement

It's a great hotel to stay at if you are looking for something budget friendly! The AC worked great, the beds were comfortable (a little creaky), TV worked, and bathroom was clean. It's great walking distance to the beach. There are drinks (soda/water) that you can buy downstairs by the desk clerk. Plus, there's a great pizza place not far called King's Pizza 😊
6th time we’ve stayed at Clearwater Beach Hotel. Love the area, 2 pools to swim in, everything’s in walking distance. Will be back again!
