This Clarksville house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The 2 bathrooms offer both a shower and bathtub for your convenience. The marvelous property is equipped with heating and AC to ensure a delightful stay for our guests. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Property is in the town of Clarksville within walking distance to shops and restaurants and to Lake Life Live, it is in the golf cart district. Parking for your boat. Occoneechee State park only a mile away with trails, boat launch and a Splash Park for the kid. Town has plenty of activities thought out the year including Lakefest, Wine Festival, October Fest and many others. Visit the local winery they have special events throughout the year also.There is an Xbox 360 on the family room so bring your games.Tv in living room has a fire stick. NO SMOKING No Pets Check-in at 4 PM Checkout at 11 AM
