This place was very inexpensive, in a great location, and clean. The amenities were strange, because there was a kitchenette, but no blow dryer. The water pressure was crazy strong, it almost feels like you're being punched with water. The walls were also very thin. You could hear everything. That being said, this was a great place to stay if you don't plan on being in the hotel a lot and want to stay for less.

Good Price, Clean Room with Kitchenette, Great Staff with Southern Hospitality

Price went up a few dollars which is odd giving the time of year. it is still a good value though.

Everything was great except one little thing. There was a still wet stain on the floor when I checked in. To be fair, I did check in early.

Arrived late. Getting the key from the lock box was interesting. Bathroom Floor had ground in dirt in it . It was need of cleaning. or replacing not something you want to put your feet on . The ceiling in the bathroom was in need of repair,.It was peeling. the bedding attached to the bottom of the bed so that it makes it difficult to cover up .

The facility was nice. There was no interaction with staff. We arrived late and departed early. Instructions were posted and room keys were left in a lock box with instructions for access. The room was clean and well presentable. The only downfall was the noise through the walls. Conversations at normal speaking volume are easy to hear and at times, quite annoying.

This Hotel room was like a little apartment. It was also very handicap accessible. The bed was SO comfortable. Everything was very clean and homey. WE didn't want to leave. We checked in at the wee hours of the morning, and it was really easy. they have a mail box with your first name on it and your key was inside with your last name code. quick easy no hassle. This is our new home away from home when visiting relatives again.

If not for the great staff that helped me get into another room since my original room was forgot to be made up, it would has been a disaster. Rooms are aged but roomy and comfortable for passing thru.

Stayed here for one night. Didn;t want to spend a lot but didnt want to stay somewhere gross. This place was nice and affordable

We booked the family suiet however upon arrival they gave us 2 separate rooms that were not joined. I returned one room because we weren't going to need it. It was 2 adults and a baby. We booked the family room so the baby could sleep uninterrupted but that did not happen as he was in the bed next to us. I I still got charged for a family suite even though we were in a regular room. The staff however is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and neat. Just not the room I booked. There is a full kitchen minus stove to cook in. The regular room is roomy for 3 people but still cramped in space.

Room had a funny, odd smell. Was there for two nights and every time we came back to our room there was a large group of guys partying outside that you had to pass to get to your room. Would not go back there again.

First off, we requested an accessible room and non-smoking room. After booking and arriving we were told the hotel did not have any accessible rooms, it was two story and no elevator, they told us they could not guarentee a first floor room. (Hard to carry an electric wheelchair up a flight of stairs!) We finally got a room on first floor. The pictures on-line are NOTHING like what the room is. It had a full kitchen but the room was hardly bigger than a regular hotel room. Very small. The room said non-smoking but you could tell that it once was a smoking room and just overpowered with Fabreeze to cover the smell. There are NO "extras" either. The room was clean and beds comfortable but be prepared nothing fancy. Even the simple things like clean towels each day, shampoo, hair dryer are all missing in this package. I don't think I would book at this hotel again.

I stayed there for a 4-night trip at the end of October with my boyfriend. The small kitchen was ok for 2 people, but would not recommend for a bigger family. There was a small sink, microwave, two burner stove, full size fridge..only down side was there was no dishwasher (it was very hard to cook & wash dishes & put them away with the limited space). Th bathroom was very clean & good sized. The bed was a queen but would have preferred a king. The bedding was very comfortable! The hotel staff were friendly and for the most part the stay was enjoyable. Only downsides were the walls were very thin between rooms (someone had a dog next door and we could hear it bark all night, and also we could hear other peoples conversations). The hotel seemed to be going through some kind of renovation and it looked like it was going in the right direction! This place will definitely be at the top of my list for another stay when I go to Clarksville!

When we frist checked in there was a small problem with the room. Instead of having to wait to get it fixed they changed our room with out hesitation. The staff was very nice not just in speach but additude.

[...]Overall the experience was nice, but was disappointed that hotel wasn't sensitive to person w/special needs.

Less than professional check-in area. Looks like a substandard office attached to the laundry room where the door remains open. Housekeeping staff was extremely friendly. No benches out front to enjoy the nice landscaping. No 24 hour on-site by motel staff. They leave at 10 in the evening. AC/heat units need a guard that directs air into the room and not behind the curtains. We leaned an open back chair into the curtains and place a small bag on the other curtain to hold the curtains against the window to allow the air to circulate. Ice tasted bad. Suggest you buy a bag before settling in for your stay. Good value for the price. We paid $125.00 for two nights via [...]. Extremely close to plenty of place to eat at exit 4. Motel is immediately off of exit 4 and was very convenient. Wal Mart is about a mile away. Convenience store located within 500 yards. Room carpets are rather dirty. Shower, walk to the bed and have a washcloth in hand before dressing.

I have been to Clarksville on business for 3 occasions, each lasted about a week. I was staying at Guest House Inn, and I only had a mini-fridge and a microwave in my room. It'd be OK if it's someone who likes to eat in Clarksville's many fast food chains, but I prefer cooking my own meals. This time, I chose Home Town Suites, and I had a full-size fridge, an electronic stove, a sink, a microwave, and a set of cooking ware. I am really happy about it.

Home-Towne Suites was comforatble in its own manner, the staff wasn't available at times when needed. the room had some items that did not work and were not repaired while we were there. for the price and location the accomadations were alright. The rooms could be somewhat larger and the room needed a lamp on the dresser. There were 2 chairs for dining and there were enough cooking utensils. closet space was adequate
