Summary:
Welcome to Beds on Brewster! Our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home accommodates up to 12 guests and features an oversized backyard with a patio and gazebo, perfect for gatherings. Just 10 minutes from the Speedway and Fairgrounds, 15 minutes from the Fort Campbell Visitor's Gate, and 20 minutes from Downtown Clarksville and the Greenway, it's ideal for any stay. We look forward to hosting you!
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door. Once inside, you will see the den on your right side. Here you will find a desk and futon. The dining room is to the left of the entry which has a table for 6. Just past the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen. There is a full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and additional seating so you'll have everything you need to make a full meal! The living room is between the kitchen and the den where you'll find cozy couches, an oversize tv and plenty of room to gather together. Take the stairs to the second floor for all the sleeping quarters. The first bedrooms has a queen size bed and futon and features a ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. The remaining three bedrooms have queen beds. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway as well. Don't forget to check out the fenced-in backyard. There is an oversized patio, grill, and gazebo available for use.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Guests will not be able to access the garage. Driveway and street parking only!
The Neighborhood:
This is located in a residential neighborhood not far from shopping and dining options.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
Garage access is not available. We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
