We stayed at the baymont for my brothers wedding. We looked ahead of time to see if there was a pool because we have a six year old and infant so we would not be staying late at the wedding and we wanted to make sure our children had something to do. Upon check in the woman was very rude and then informed us that the pool was closed for maintenance. I believe there should be somewhat of a discount if the amenities that are listed on the website are unavailable.

This hotel is brand new, the breakfast was delicious, the bed so soft it's like u sleeping on a cloud, close to shopping and I24. I didn't won't to leave so I booked another week stay, the front desk employees was great and very helpful..will stay again again again.

We enjoyed the first night so much we stayed for a second! We have a family of 5 and the King Suite was a perfect fit! Everything including the staff and breakfast was perfect! The rooms were clean and well kept, although the only downfall was there was no maid service after the first night otherwise we would have given them 5 stars!

For the price this is a wonderful motel. Newly remodeled it is equipped with things found only in more expensive motels--- microwave, refrigerator, large flat screen TV and a safe. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast area is comfortable and modern and the quality of breakfast above average. The only negative is the difficulty in getting into and out of parking area. Will definitely stay here if in the area.

Employees very friendly, Hotel very clean, enjoyed my stay. I only had to report that the freezer had something wasted and frozen inside. The Hotel is located in an area where I was able to walk to the Gas station and to waffle house. The Hotel hot breakfast was enjoyable

Clean and friendly. Excellent motel very professional. Staff was very courteous and motel was in very good shape and clean. No problems for the entire stay.

Stayed from July 24-28 and truly enjoyed my stay. All of the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy included every day. My son loved the endliess suoply of hot in the shower and the good internet. He usually complains about both, but not at this hotel. The exercise room is the nicest one I have seen at a motel and was very important since my son still has physical therapy 3 times a week. With this exercise room, he was able to continue self treat while we were there. No question as to were I will stay when I return. Wouldn't think of any other place.

The room was pretty good and the beds comfortable but the property is being renovated and the unfinished rooms and equipment around made it a little creepy. Plus the area it is in is not as good as the other major clarksville area. Made the whole thing a little depressing.

rooms were very clean and stocked, the only thing I can say is they are not handicapped accessible.we wanted a king and all the kings are on second floor for some reason. so me with a bad back and my wife with bad knees had to wrestle our travel bags up two flights of stairs.

My family and I traveled to Clarksville to attend my niece's wedding. We saw the sign that this was a new hotel. We rented two of your rooms. When we went to our rooms, we had to walk through construction on the rooms on the first floor below us. There were air compressors running, either Sheetrock or concrete dust that we had to walk through. The first my two grandsons did was put on their trunks and head for the pool. The gate was locked. I went back to the lobby to inquire why. The desk clerk said it was closed for maintenance. Needless to say they were highly disappointed. The TV did not work properly. One of the housekeeping staff came and messed with it until it started working. It stopped working again but I figured it out myself. My wife attempted to take a shower but at the time was unable to figure out the new type faucet in the tub. She took a bath instead. It sure would have been nice if we had been informed of all these thing prior to check-in. We more than likely would have went to another motel with a pool for my grandsons. We stayed only due to a time constraint as we had to get ready for the wedding and travel another 30 minutes from your motel. On the positive side, the staff very courteous. The room was clean and comfortable.
