City of Tulsa has let their downtown area turn to poop. The presence of police force and homelessness makes the area unappealing.
It was a nice hotel located in downtown, and about 2 miles from their adventure park. There was enough amenities to walk to. I was disappointed that the shops on the first floor wasn't open, but was expected with everything going on. The staff was super friendly. We were given breakfast vouchers for both days. The breakfast menu was likited, but it was still delicious and filling.

Hotel in a renovated downtown office building. Located in downtown Tulsa, within walking distance of many restaurants and businesses. Quiet. Downstairs, lots of quaint eateries. Excellent friendly staff.

The hotel was a great old remodeled historic building in downtown Tulsa. The major problem I had with the hotel is they charged my personal credit card not once but twice when my room was paid through your website. It took almost three weeks to finally receive the full credit on my credit card. It was kind of a sour note after what was an enjoyable anniversary weekend.
Pretty easy to park on street. Nice staff. Not much for views.
