Dear Anonymous, Thank you for staying with us in the Burren Atlantic. If I may I must disagree with you about the cleanliness of your room. Your room was not dirty, could not possibly be dirty and it is very unfair of you to make such a very serious off-putting statement for prospective future guests to read. As to your hot water comment, I remember you as having checked in early in the afternoon and i accept that the hot water had not reached the optimum temperature when your wife decided to shower, I apologize for this but had she waited, as I hope she did, for a half hour the water would have been fully hot.
