My wife, two kids, and I stayed 4 nights at La Quinta Juarez in order to finalize green card requirements, which I'm sure is the reason most people stay at this hotel. The hotel is fine, the rooms are decent, fairly clean, and the only reason why I don't give this hotel a better rating is because of the shuttle to and from the consulate area. The shuttles are reliable in the morning, but are totally unreliable in the afternoon, which causes a lot of inconvenience. I don't know anything about the Quality Inn hotel, other than it has the best restaurant in Juarez (La Diana), but their location is most convenient to the consulate, walking distance to all the facilities.

Very comfortable would definitely stay again beds where cumfey had a nice pool air worked great

I went with my mom for a consul appointment they helped us out with transportation to where ever we needed to go. The employess were very friendly and helpful everything was very clean and it was definately the best hotel i choose

I had booked two rooms (non-smoking) and I got one smoking and one non-smoking. Pillow cases in one room were stained. The tub was stained and the toilet was dirty. Location was great and loved that they had the security gates.

The hotel had a nice breakfast and a good shuttle service. The rating would be higher, but I was placed next to a room being remodeled and was constantly waking to the sound of hammering upto 11pm and the staff wouldn't give me a different room

Very convenient safe location. Breakfast was really good, did not expect full on breakfast. Staff is very courteous.

We had a family trip and honestly, we received more than we were expecting.

awesome customer service. awesome food. clean rooms. clean sheets.

Nice hotel would stay here again and again. Close to the border and US Embassy in Juarez

Very good over all, but the bus is never around to take u anywhere. So we spent a lot in taxi services. I felt very safe and comfortable. Free breakfast was also tasty.

Hotel is very clean, very americanized, hot breakfast everyday and free shuttle service to all of your appointments. Loved the hot tub even though there was a pool it was to cold for us to get in. Only thing the hotel can really use would be a play area for the kids. There really is nothing for them to do other than the pool and hot tub. Jesus the receponist, is very friendly and speaks fluent english. This hotel isn't super close as the others but it seams better that way, more secure.

Met our needs above expectations! Clean and accomidating

Staff is very helpful and also accommodating. Enjoyed the stay!

They have breakfast for free, wifi was ok and staff very polite. Thank you all

Very nice hotel, clean, the staff was great and the most important thing for me is that the hotel is very secure

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a shuttle that drops you off and picks you up if you are there for the US Embassy business. Our room was nice and clean, quiet at night, its gated with a guard at the entrance.

Everyone was really nice there. The room was very clean. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay even better. We stayed for my husband's interview at the consulate. The shuttle took us to all the appointments. The shuttle came every 30 minutes. Great food places right across the street. I am very picky where I stay and if I had to come back to ciudad Juarez, I would most definitely stay there again. Wonderful place!!!

The hotel was an excellent value. In the hotel and outside our rooms, it was sometimes noisy at night and early in the morning. People yelling or making noise. There's a hot breakfast each morning, a great pool and jacuzzi, and small work-out room. Note, that while you are walking distance to the mall and consulate, it's not a pretty walk, so you'll probably want to use the shuttle every time you leave the hotel. For me taxis were expensive, 60 pesos, just to go 1/2 a kilometer. I would recommend staying here.

La Quinta inn is a very nice hotel to stay when you are in town . nice clean rooms and great breakfast! Very close to US consulate ,shuttle service is great, they leave every 30 min and take you to consulate or to your medical examination
