Location is well taken care of, next to nice restaurants and walking distance from a grocery store. 8 min far away from the US consulate and traffic is minimum in front of this hotel.
I usually stay at this hotel at least 2x a year and unfortunately it’s becoming very run down. From old dirty bathrooms to very uncomfortable beds. This past visit I was very disappointed with the front desk staff I believe her name was Monica very rude and unprofessional during the check in process.
“Supervisor” made the check in process completely inconvenient, I have made dozens of reservations at this specific location typically very friendly staff and easy smooth check in process but not tonight.
Comfortable bed. Clean.
Excellent service all the way around! I well recommend La Quinta Hotel. And along the way i met some great people in there.
Thanks to the waiter in the breakfast. He has very nice and attentive with everyone.
Mattresses needs to be changed! I woke up with several red marks on my arm that got itchy as the day went by. By night time, those areas turned red, a bit swollen, and felt hot to the touch. Thought it was spider bites but researched it up and it’s bed bugs!
The room was clean and most of the staff including housekeeping was very nice. We stayed from March 31st to April 15th. On the 14th, we found out we had to extend our stay another 5-7 days and I tried rebooking our room but the front desk lady said our room was already booked for the 15th-19th! I asked why they would do that since it says there is 48 hrs between guests room stays and all she kept saying was there was no more rooms available because they were fully booked including our room. We ended up moving to a different hotel the following morning. Today (16th) I checked and La Quinta has 5 rooms available. I don’t know what happened but for sure she didn’t give an effort to help us at all and lost our business.
I like the clean place, amiability of the staff, quite site, the things I didn’t like were terrible WiFi and the breakfast was good menu but could, never ate a warm breakfast.
Muy limpio el hotel, cerca de malls y restaurantes
Friendly staff and safe environment.
Me and my family stayed there for 8 nights and we had a great time. They do keep this place spotless clean, they clean your room every day, also the public areas are always in good shape. Love their breakfast and their swimming pool is awesome. I will definitely come back to la quinta.
Location and friendly staff. The only thing is I wish the pool or jacuzzi was heated.. Good breakfast too.
Staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond to ask our needs.
An excellent service from all the staff especially Bernie the van driver.
Great for the family safe place, and great breakfast.
