Poggio dei loti is a villa with trulli for vacations in Valle d`Itria, nestled in the countryside of Cisternino, perfect for vacations in Valle d`Itria surrounded by nature. The villa offers up to 7 beds.
The ancient trulli, the result of a meticulous restoration, are equipped with modern comforts such as wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, kitchen complete with electric oven, microwave and coffee maker. Pets allowed.

Il Poggio dei loti is a villa composed of a small complex of trulli consisting of 2 independent housing units, sleeping a total of 7 people.
The interiors of the main structure consist of: large and airy living room, complete with open kitchen, dining room, double sofa bed, 1 triple bedroom in characteristic room with sloping roof, 1 bathroom with shower.
In the second unit, a lovely lamia outbuilding, there are 1 double bedroom and 1 full shower room.
The name is a tribute to the large garden where, in harmony with the Mediterranean essences, large lotus trees provide shade and shelter from the sun. Situated in an elevated position, the villa with trulli and lamia allows the eye to open onto the beauty of the countryside of the Valle d`Itria, whose districts are characterized by dry stone walls.

Poggio dei loti is located in the countryside of the Valle d`Itria, very close to the beautiful old town of Cisternino.
The town of Cisternino and its renowned historic center are just a few minutes` drive from the vacation villa. The nearest beaches are those on the Adriatic Sea, particularly those of Ostuni.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- It is a small complex of trulli made up of 2 independent units.
- The owner lives in the property.
