Had a bad key, went to desk and they tried to fix it, told the kid he would have to run to get it back if it didn't work. It didn't work and a manager brought me a new one. Very kind of him as I have really bad knees and was very tired. Should have changed rooms when I found it was on second floor. my bad. Overall very adequate for the rate.

Have stayed here before in the summer months but this time it snowed, draft under outside door was terrible and had trouble keeping room warm, otherwise I would stay there again...oh by the way.. the continental breakfast that's offered was pretty sad, at least the coffee was good, maybe donuts would be a treat for a change...

i stayed in this Hotel when my trip to cincinnati . although the service and staff sucks. i like the location, easy to get off get into the highway. if you looking for a hotel near cincinnati area in cheaper price .

My experience with the hotel was bad, bed was comfortable but not clean. The worst part was the bathroom, the toilet was dirty, sink was clogged and water was cold.

Cheap place to stay, but don't expect much. Bed and such was clean, but very run-down.

Went with inexpensive, will not do that again. Started with they had to use a blow torch to get in the room. Heater wasn't working and the room had a sewer smell. Stepped out of the room and they had to use the blow torch to get back in. One of there employees said I dont know why they rent this room. Called the manager to complain but never heard back.

My TV didn't work, the smoke detector was not installed, pieces of wood laying on the side of the bed, broken chair. Ice machine and vending machines were totally empty. Breakfast was passable. I have stayed here before but this visit was very bad.

Stayed here because of price. Area was fine lots of shopping near by. Staff was friendly, room was ok clean. Was non smoking room but could still smell some smoke they may have to replace matresses and carpet to get rid of that so if your super sensitive might be a problem.

That pretty much sums it up. My friend & I stayed there for 2 nts for a convention in town. There was one smallish "bath towel" & 1 washcloth each, were scratchy & moldy smelling. the sheets & bedspread were dirty. My friend made the mistake of using 1 of the washcloths on the filthy mirror. There were also a few bugs around. We called the next morning to get a few more towels & were told they were "in the dryer" & they would be dropped off in our room. Came back that night , no towels. Called again, was told they'd be brought up , no towels. Called again & was told we had to go office to pick them up. Went to pick them up & was told that someone else came by & they gave them "our towels" by mistake. Was told towels were locked up in another room & there was no way we could get any. Nightmare, there are so many other hotels nearby, can't imagine they could be any worse. Don't waste ur time or$$ on this place!!

The room I stayed in was disgustingly dirty. The carpets were dirty, the walls were dirty and the tub/shower was badly stained. If I hadn't been so tired from a long day of work, I would have refused to stay in the room. Once again, YUCK!!

I stopped here for one night with my friend who was visiting from NYC... We were both on a budget, obviously, but I'd never actually rolled over on a bed and come into contact with some nasty fluids. They were definitely NOT ours, as we'd just arrived there. Then I noticed big chunks of dead skin that sure as heck were NOT ours either... and thick black hair. Thank God my friend didn't freak out over all this and it didn't ruin our trip. We just took a fresh sheet we were able to find and laid it over the bed... Rest assured, we took showers after sleeping there. Other than this dirty sheet situation, the hotel was great. It had the worst continental breakfast I've experienced, but hey, it's free and who am I to complain. OJ, milk, cereal, oatmeal... Everything else was great, I just hope they CHANGE the bedsheets when new customers come in. It's not healthy....

The toilet looked like it was 100 years old, the towels looked dirty, like they hadn't even been washed, the sheet on the bed had dirt on it, and there was a dirty washcloth hanging on top of the shower curtain. Would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, just pure dirty!!!

It was good. Clean and nice staff, very convenient location

I have stayed here twice, both times have been pleasant experiences. My rooms have always been clean and well-stocked. The staff has always been friendly and willing to help in any way they can. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I paid for a double bed room and received a king size bed. The room was very clean. It could have used some air freshener but the value for the money was excellent. I did not use the breakfast because we went out to eat. The staff was very professional. A very pleasant surprise.

Speculative point-Victim of fraud; hotel clerks have given room I reserved to others who dont pay. This Super 8 put me in a room with roaches, holes in wall, and no hot water. I checked in at 10pm. The next day my key was cut off before I checked out. I still had key with me. They took my belongings and cut key off between 11:15am and 1pm. I got back to room at 2pm. Front desk person was rude and not helpful so I left without a bath and without full rest.

The room had spiderwebs and was not fresh smelling. The towels were not cleaned well.

The room had a stall order in it. Towels were not fresh and bleached well. There were spider webs in corners of the room.

This hotel was very hard to find, but when we called to ask they were helpful. The AC in our hotel room did not work well. There was broken furniture in the stairwells. The alarm clock was also broken. The pool was not working but they did have a sign up alerting patrons. However, the wifi worked fine and the room was clean. When I presented problems with the management, they were helpful.

The hotel offers a lot for the price (pool, breakfast, refirgerator, microwave) but I specifically booked this room because the website says it takes pets (like most Super 8s). When I arrived tired at 11:00pm ready to check in there was a sign at the desk that said no pets were allowed. They demanded extra money and allowed us to stay but this felt like a scam. Supplies were not regularly replaced. We had to ask for toilet paper and breakfast pasteries. Shampoo and sopl were only replaced evrery other day and cups were not replaced during our 4 day stay. The toaster in the breakfast room was only partially functional and blew a fuse leaving the room in the dark. Cheap is a good description for this place. The price was good but lots of minor problems.
