A short walk to Eden Park, the Art museum, Playhouse in the Park, the Krohn Conservatory , neighborhood coffee shop, restaurants, bars and grocery stores.
The space
This completely renovated, spacious home in the trendy Mt Adams that blends modern conveniences with cozy comfort. It is filled with light throughout and boasts a lovely rooftop terrace and private rear courtyard great for relaxing in your home away from home. Open the front door to beautiful hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings that lead you to soaring, layered staircases with multiple living spaces on each level. Easy access to the 2 car garage. Located in the heart of Mt Adams. Only minutes to Downtown Cincinnati.

Three stories, all interconnected by an open staircase. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. All the bedrooms have comfy queen beds. There are also 2 queen sized futons in the loft and bonus room, so the whole family will have a comfortable and private space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities including a dishwasher and coffee maker. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the master bath. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and the rooftop provides amazing views of the city skyline and the river! This is THE place to watch the fireworks on those special occasions.

Not exactly as pictured

Other than the property not being cleaned prior to our arrival, doors and windows were unlocked, walls were heavily damaged, furniture was stained, the one hand towel put up was very dirty and there was water damage in one of the bathrooms that had flies all over. We couldn’t get out of this place fast enough.

High above Cincinnati

The home is beautiful. Lots of stairs (3 floors) but not difficult to climb. We were able to find spots to park on the street. Fun neighborhood....could walk to several pubs and restaurants. It was perfect for our needs.

Great area and rental

We had a great time at this property. The owner was very quick and responsive to our questions and was flexible with our check out time which was very nice. The rental has everything you need and was very clean. The neighborhood was amazing as all the neighbors were extremely friendly and it felt safe walking outside at night from all the different bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house, perfect for family and friends gathering. Wonderful location in Cincinnati -- hilltop Mt Adams, looking over river and downtown, America's most European neighborhood in a uniquely imteresting and beautiful American city. 5-10 minutes to everything: stadiums, museums, Music Hall, universities, OTR, walk to Eden Park. Too expensive for more than a one-time special occasion. Hosts were pleasant and usually very responsive, but we did not get a response to one question we had. Some issues with stocking customary necessities, and garage door opener pad needs to be fixed. Should have a rules/policies/restaurants/attractions booklet. Suspect it is a first-time rental after remodeling, some kinks to be ironed out. But a great, great, beautiful place in a great, great, beautiful location. 5++ overall rating!
