This is, without question, the best hotel I've ever stayed at in this class/ category of hotels. I can't say enough good things about the hotel staff. Every single person was super courteous, warm and hospitable and friendly to my son and to me. We came in a few hours early off a red-eye before the room was ready and the team on the ground did everything they could to make us comfortable. Even the kitchen staff serving a complimentary breakfast took a lot of pride in making sure that every customer was well taken care off and went above and beyond to delight you. And the food was fresh, including hand cut fruits that morning. And the rooms were clean and updated. The Hilton should seriously study this facility and see what lessons can be learned and emulated across their properties.

Hotel was full and we were given a handicapped room. Room smelled bad and the toilet was broken and kept running throughout the night. Pointed this out to the staff but they didn't seem to care. Paid for parking, but the lot filled up overnight. Good location.

It was a nice hotel in terms of the amenities provided. The room was neat and tidy. The only problem we faced was at the time of checking in. The staff ( one of the two at the reception) was not the most cooperative/ helpful.

For a relatively new hotel I thought it was already showing signs of wear and tear. The staff was super nice. No refrigerator or safe in the room. Bathtub floor was stained. There are other options in the area that I have liked better. I stay at Hamptons regularly I do not think they did a great job with this one

Hotel was fine. The location was great for getting to and from the university.

the hotel had a sprinkler problem sometime before we arrived. the neutralizing chemical odor was so strong that our eyes were watering. We left (they wouldn't give us a refund) and had to get another hotel. ugh.

great experience had a good stay and nice hotel for UC

The room is clean and beautiful. We enjoy the stay very much.

This hotel is within walking distance to the University of Cincinnati where we were attending summer graduation. We had two rooms, one for two and one for five. The rooms were very large and well appointed with the most comfortable beds that we have found in any hotel, plugs galore for all your plug-ins, huge desk and big fluffy towels. The only negative thing that we encountered was the breakfast food. The variety was good, the presentation very attractive but the eggs and bacon(/) were not edible. They need a new cook for their morning offering.

The staff at this Hampton Inn was amazing from the front desk, and all around. Damon and Brandon are too legit to quit!

This is a very clean, modern hotel. Room was in like new condition. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast included. If the kids end up at UC, this will be where we stay for visits.

The hotel was very clean and staff was both helpful and friendly. Unfortunately for me, the bed was way too soft for a good night's sleep. But I understand that is no fault of theirs. I did enjoy a few good workouts in the fitness room.

I got exactly what I bargained for. A nice, new clean property, centrally located. Great value.

Overall experience was good. Staff was very friendly; helpful with directions and calling for taxi. $12 cab ride to GABP was reasonable. Rooms were nice and clean and beds were very comfortable.

Very pleased with cleanliness, very quiet, had a great stay. Thank you!

Overall, the accommodations were great. However, I was not pleased by all the additional charges to my account without prior authorization. I had to contact the hotel to find out what they were and am now waiting for them to be removed from my account. Fees for parking and multiple pre-charges for incidentals should be clear prior to registration. I would recommend this hotel in comparison to others, but warn to monitor accounts for additional charges.

Seems like this place was just built (I think someone said it was 2-3 years old). It is well maintained and in a good location if you are visiting either the medical campus or undergrad portion. The pool is a little small, but gets the job done if you just want to soak and relax (don't expect to be swimming laps). The gym is also well stocked. The breakfast was good, but a little on the bland side (shouldn't complain about a free meal, but hopefully they improve this). If I'm back in Cinci, I'm definitely staying here. Don't wander too far off campus, it gets scary real fast.
