Worse experience I've ever had! Wrong room at beginning. Stacks of dry wall all the way up the lobby. Supposed to get breakfast but wasn't any. Only 2 outlets worked. 1 for tv and other hairdryer! Very disappointed

It was a nice halfway stop over on our trip South. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. The location was right on our route, so we did not have to drive out of our way. Also a good value.

One word:disgusting. We were nervous upon arrival, but since we were only going to be there for 12hours, we thought how bad could it be? We checked in and the person at the front desk was rude. Ok, time to head to our rooms. The smell was atrocious, there were stink bugs all over the place and in our rooms and there was what looked like dried meat on the carpet. The bedding... Oh my. There were stink bugs lining the vending machine area and when we told the front desk man he said are you sleeping by the vending machines?. We left and checked into a different hotel immediately and are seeking a refund. It was ridiculously disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Older hotel, but excellent value. Staff is great. Okay place to stay.

Pleasant stay, comfortable bed and good location. Staff was friendly and helpful good value.

This was a 2 star rated hotel which we understand to be priced lower and intended as a better value. It was an older building which is no big deal to us. However, they need to do a better job of cleaning. I don't mind older facilities, but if I get a room with you it should be clean. Our first room had dried blood on one of the sheets. I'm not sure if there was anything else wrong as we didn't get past that as you can imagine. We asked them to change them, but they gave us a new room so that was good. The new room was better, but still not good as we had to have them come in and clean the bathroom as it hadn't been cleaned from the previous group staying. We also had to wipe down the desk as there was dust and food left on it. After a couple days of staying our shower curtain rod also started coming unsealed from the wall. The rod or the shower curtain didn't fit right and water would get all over the floor. The shower curtain also had mold or mildew on it. On our last day we called down for a couple of towels as they had given us only 2 towels for 4 people. They said that it would be an hour wait and our checkout was 11am so obviously they didn't show up by the time we had to be out. All of the staff was courteous, but the lack of cleaning showed lack of detail or lack of caring by the cleaning staff and/or management. I'm really not sure who was truly at fault. This hotel really helped us to understand on trips going forward we will not book anything less than a 3 star. Even though this price per night was inexpensive it showed us the value of spending a little more and we will budget accordingly next time.

I had my 85 year old Mom with me. We were treated royally. The lady at the desk gave us a beautiful room on the first floor near the door to the outside and the continental breakfast was very nice. She was professional and even offered to feed us on Thanksgiving if we did not have family. The value for the money was superior.

We checked in and was treated very nice.Staff was very polite and nice. The only problem we had was the remote in our room didn't work when we tried it. But the front desk gave us one that worked. And told us if there was anything else wrong to just let them know. We will be staying here again.

The staff was very friendly upon our arrival. As we ascended the stairs, you could smell stale cigarette smoke. The rooms were well worn. There were carpet stains, the comforter and pillows very worn. In one of the rooms a pillow case was dirty. The air conditioner was not on when we got there so it took several hours to cool the room. They had a sign that said remodeling, I hope so! Locations is not too bad, twenty minutes to the most popular locations (ball parks, zoo, aquarium).

There were more amenities than I expected. Ironing board, microwave, fridge ect. The bed was very comfy. Pillows a little thin. Breakfasts was simple, danish and bagels, but that's plenty for us. The staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Quiet halls. I'd stay again.

great stay for a game at the Paul Brown Stadium(Cincinnati Bengals) INternet is a bit slow, but it works fine. There is an Outback Steak House close. There is a mall by (down Kempter st)
