I stayed here for a night while I was laid over through Greyhound after my bus got canceled. I booked through Orbitz and found a smoking room for a great deal. When I check into hotels, I always ask to look at the room before I sign paperwork. They were more than happy to help and the manager came to the room to look with me. I found a few issues with the room including what looked like pubic hair all over the bottom sheet of the bed. Also the air condition/heating unit was extremely dirty. The manager immediately told me this is unacceptable and it's people like me that help them figure out and address issues with rooms and staff. He and the owner (I believe?) upgraded me to a king suite at no extra charge! They also let me smoke in this room as well even though it was non-smoking because I booked a smoking room. They told me multiple times how grateful they were that I not only addressed the problems but helped them realize what issues they were having. I absolutely recommend this hotel because the staff is above average even better than some upscale places I have stayed at.

For staying only one night, being on the 3rd floor, and great customer service it was great and only $56! Definitely will stay again as long as I'm on the 3rd floor! :)

Room was dirty. Pool was dirty. Upon leaving they wouldnt give me a copy of my bill. Didnt get the room i booked. Man that checked me out was very rude. No one at the front desk when u would go to the desk they were always smoking. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. The worse hotel. Bathroom nasty floors just grouse, all around bad.

We spent 2 nights. The place was full both nights because of a local power outage. But it was quiet for sleeping and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise for the money.

bedbugs very dirty room and bed xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This is a great place to stay. Close to dining or entertainment. The room was very clean and very budget priced.

The hotel staff were great, coming to my room and dropping off extra pillows I had asked for. The staff also helped me with finding my location for my meeting the next day. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quite. There was a nice restaurant and pub joining the motel with great food. I have a lot of business scheduled for the rest of the year and in 2016 and I plan on staying at the Days Inn East

Place to sleep. Not great. Staff was irritated when I checked in. Not with me, but about having to work. Housekeeping left a note in my room telling me about stuff I should not leave out in my room. Made me feel like I could not trust other staff members at the hotel. Two different size beds in the room. Supposed to be 2 queen, was 1 queen and 1 double. Unfinished ceiling work in bathroom. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Requested a non smoking room but got a smoking room. Room smelled of cigarettes, there were burn holes in sheets and on TV. All the wall outlets did not work. Elevator was in need of cleaning. In general the hotel needs updating.

There were a few vans in the parking lot with flat tires, a few pick up trucks and that's all. Not a good sign. The receptionist barely spoke English. The lobby was shabby. I checked in to my room, and realized, that after the event I was attending that evening, that I absolutely would not spend the night there and I didn't.

Very dirty feeling and needed vacuumed and wiped down. Had holes in comforter and just overall felt dirty. I was trying to save money but should of spent an extra $10 to get nicer place.

Very basic and ordinary the price is what you get.

roaches, brown spots on ceiling , room was damp, bar down stairs kept us up till 2 am

I reserved this room for out of town family, what a mistake. Hallways didn't have proper lighting and was scarey walking through them and the bar downstairs was loud rowdy. Room itself was out of date and dirty. Will not be booking here ever again.

There were holes in the walls, the bath tube was gross and dirty. I had to use a blanket to cover microwave and freg, so I would not get sick. the lamp shades were smashed, and the walls were dirty. The pool was empty and it was very unsafe, the 3rd floor had people setting outside drinking and allowing children to run up and down wal past 2:30 in morning. Bugs in cereal, everything else was full.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the pool was alright just small, the staff was freindly

My daughter and I stayed for convenience to her hospital procedure the next morning. Sheets only, no padding on mattress. Bed saggy. I don't mind smoke smell, but this room smelled like an old, dirty bar. Later that afternoon I found three large welts on my leg that I strongly suspect of bed bugs. Spend some extra money and go some place else.

It was a last minute thing was not expecting the greatest of rooms. It was not very well kept but it servedit's purpose. It's OK for a last minute thing but if you're wanting quality & cleanliness this is not the place for you.

One night we couldn't sleep because lovers in next room were very noisy

Old and moldy room. Phone didn't work. Sink didn't drain. Wall paper was stapled to the wall. Mattress was old and needed replaced. Pillows were extrememly flat. Parking lot was shared with a run down used care lot. Appears some rooms were rented for the long term as cheap housing. The entire place felt unsafe and I am glad I was traveling alone. I didn't want to subject my wife and son to this place.
