Our room was disturbingly dirty. The faucets had not been wiped clean. There was visible dirt and grime on the floor. My daughter accidentally spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a washcloth. The washcloth was nearly black from all of the dirt. There was no trashcan available. No soap. Only one towel and washcloth for two people. There was dirt on the bedsheets. The refrigerator was rusted in spots and the inside was dirty. Loud music was played outside until well after midnight. I have never had such a disappointing experience with a hotel. Had it not been so late when we checked in, I would have left for a different hotel.
It’s really a studio , private extended stay. Full amenities, suitable, Peace of mind for whatever situation I was going through. Thank you
I will not be coming back here nor will I tell anyone else to stay here. This place was so unclean. If it wasn’t for us being so exhausted I would have left and found somewhere else. I took pictures of the room to show how unclean it was.
I was very please with the customer service I receive on July 26th 2019 . I had booked my guaranteed hotel 6 months in advance with the assurance that I could pay the day I checked in at Hometown suites Sharonsville/Cincinnati location. The manager of the hotel lied and said my credit card was declined to me and several other guest that had previously reserved rooms so he could charge more money from desperate travelers needing a room. Thank you so much Orbitz for getting me a better room at the rate I was previous charged. You are the best🤗
There were no hand towels, soap or shampoo. We were given soap at the front desk when we asked. The room was supposed to be smoke free but it clearly smelled of smoke.
Wasnt happy about the issues with my reservations and some how i went from a king bed in my reservation to a queen bed but over all it was nice clean property was clean wished people around town would all let guest know rather they have a pool or not online need to really up date all the info for all palces u advertise for to post rather they have pools or not
First room had no heat what so ever. Second room had heat but no remote for the TV and no shower curtain. Staff is only on the premises from 7A-11P and they left early or came in late all 3 days I was there. very little concern for the guests. I saw a row of people waiting one morning for the desk personnel to show up.
Room was dirty. Not worth the price. The room has a stove but doesnt have a fire extinguisher. They dont have toilet papers in rooms. U have to go ask for one. Trash under the bed and table and little roaches in the bathroom. I was not comfortable so i had to check out. The lady (receptionist) seems to be nice. I took pics which i wish i can attach to this post.
I came in after check in time and they took care of me anyway! Very friendly folks! Would stay again!
I booked queen bed room, and they gave a smaller than that and it’s spring base which makes noise all the time. Nothing is clean
Next to a nightclub, with music booming and cars everywhere all night on the Friday I was there.
floors are not carpeted. The bed comes with hardly a blanket and sheet. Only 2 flimsy pillows as well. the Bathroom was dirty. Just splashing water on the walls cleaned some of it. The bed is supported on a flimsy frame that wobbles and squeaks. No hangers in the closet. Internet was very slow and the TV was awful. (no prime stations and all the channels picture quality was fuzzy.
THIS HOTEL WAS FILTHY. I HAD TO CLEAN WALLS AND CABINETS JUST TO LET FAMILY STAY. THERE WERE NATS EVERYWHERE, SO HAD TO GO BUY BUG SPRAY. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
The air conditioner in the room rarely worked. The carpeted floor was sticky. There was a blood stain on the bed's comforter and a giant urine stain on the mattress.
Had to book online to get cheaper price than my room was given away
The hotel was ok. The tub was dirty but everything else was ok.
Good room for the price...nothing spectacular but clean and comfortable....
